the beauty of Crdobas great mosque, with its remarkably serene and spacious interior. One of the world's greatest works of Islamic architecture, the Mezquita hints, with all its lustrous decoration, at a refined age when Muslims, Jews and Christians lived side by side and enriched their city with a heady interaction of diverse, vibrant cultures.
Crdoba's old Jewish quarter consists of a fascinating network of narrow lanes, more atmospheric and less commercialised than in Seville although souvenir shops have emerged.

Our guide spoke very little English. The tour was not conducted considering the situation around us. It was terribly hot around 100 degrees and they made us walk in town and later long walk for lunch where the restaurant people spoke no English. Being myself vegetarian it became really impossible to eat. Overall had very bad experience.

It was a fabulous tour. Pre-tour communication was excellent. The tour bus departed on time and journey was smooth. The bus was top notch and comfortable. Our guide was very patient and explained the different sites on the way and in Cordoba in detail. The Cordoba mosque guide was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed overview of the mosque cathedral. We were given ample time to shop and have lunch and explore the city on our own. Return journey was smooth as well. Highly recommended.

My voucher stated a pick up time of 8:00 so I arrived at 7:45. When there was no sign of my transport by 8:15 I began calling the emergency number provided. I was not able to reach anyone until 9:00. I was finally picked up at 9:15. Our guide was knowledgeable and kept us on schedule. But when we arrived at the Mezquita we were led through the tour with another guide. Unfortunately she was very difficult to understand. I would have preferred a self guided tour with audio. Although Cordoba is an interesting city, the overall experience was disappointing.

Beautiful city, amazing cathedral/mosque, and great guides. Was definitely worth going on this day trip.

The tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable. The bus ride was very comfortable. Walking through the city of Cordoba.

The Cordoba mosque is a must-see in Spain! Stunningly beautiful, but the Alcazar and the Jewish Quarter were very disappointing. We would have preferred to spend all our time in the mosque and to skip the other two. Recommend you find a tour that is just for the mosque. And eat in Cordoba not in Carmona. There was nothing of real interest in Carmona.

The tour was efficiently ran. We like Petra's lively personality. Cordoba was more than we expected.

1.5 hours drive outside of Seville (another 1.5hours back) but it's worth it. Spain has many religious sites steep in the blend of Moorish and Christian (and Roman) influences over the ages, but the Mosque-Cathedral of Cordoba is to me the epitome of those blends above all others in Spain. This is a priority attraction if you have a long list.

They advertised hotel pick up which at last minute required us to walk to their office. There were no head sets so we couldn’t hear the guide 95 percent of the time as she was walking and talking facing away from all behind here. Plus she was speaking in two languages.
