Tour guide was terrible - way, way too much talking and not allowing her visitors view and see the sites of the tour. She clearly thought too much of her own voice and knowledge than ensuring her guests enjoyed their tour.
To cap off a bad tour, the bus had AC failure upon starting it's route back to Seville. The tour guise on the bus was young and inexperienced. When he was asked to make a stop and get water and drinks for everyone, we just said we needed to push on and get back on time. Well, when the inside of the bus is now 42 degrees, you'd think he would know its vital to have people with liquids and the oppty to stop as required. It was borderline dangerous to be in that heat and condition for a 2 hour bus journey. When we talked to the tour operator in Seville the following day, they simply ignored our complaints and made reference to the bus being a Mercedes and a good vehicle. Overall, a bad day and experience.

Wonderful trip! Our tour guide was exceptional, fun, and had ai much information that it was amazing! Can't wait to come back!

My trip took place on a Sunday and, according to the trip’s description, we were supposed to leave earlier than the other days. However, such was not the case: I was picked up at 10:15 and we still had to go to other hotels to pick other pick. Our guide never bothered to introduce himself to all of us, there were no descriptions/comments along the trip. Somehow, we managed to lose 5 people while in Córdoba, in the cathedral. The local guide, José, did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable. He tried to deal with the lost tourists but to no avail. After visiting the cathedral, we were told we were heading back to Seville, without eating...why start a trip 2 hours behind schedule and not inform the participants of the putative schedule? There was never any mention of skipping lunch and why that would happen. The guide was very ineffective and procedures were not followed ( tickets never collected, introducing himself, advise people to put on their seatbelts, day schedule). Córdoba is a beautiful place and worth visiting but the guide we had made it stressful and was not very professional, although courteous.

Great tour and my guide in Spanish was excellent Ana. Unfortunately, not a whole day only from 10-2:30. Not enough time to explore on your own

This day trip from Seville was so much fun! Our driver and trip guide Keyla made the pick-up, drop-off and travel efficient and informative. Our Cordoba tour guide Ana had a depth of knowledge which was so insightful, well worth the price of the booking! Thank you Viator!

I organized this tour for my family, including my 18 month old and wrote a note when initially booking stating I would need a car seat for her. The tour operator sent a WhatsApp message the day before the tour with the time and location of where to meet (including a statement to be punctual). I sent a message back confirming they would have a car seat and they confirmed that they would. The day of the tour, the bus arrived 20 minutes later than expected and when we got on the bus there was no car seat on any of the seats. I spoke with our tour guide (who was not responsible for arranging for the car seat) and he spoke with the driver who stated no one from the company informed him that he would need to have a car seat available. The tour guide then called the tour company to find out what happened and they stated they did tell the driver that he would need one. Neither party took responsibility. The tour guide informed us that it would not be possible to go back to the office or have someone meet us somewhere with a car seat so we made the decision to go ahead with the tour and hold her. Needless to say, it was a difficult ride there and back - not only were we worried about her safety but she is at the age where she does not sit still and we had to try to distract her for an hour and a half to ensure she did not try to walk around the bus the whole time. My parents were also with me and were worried about her as well. We made it there and back safely, but the lack of owning their mistake and denying me a refund because 'we rode in a Mercedes bus which had Mercedes seats and are approved by the Spanish Government" (what does that even mean?!), and we decided to proceed with the tour instead of canceling it. Yes, I did decide to go ahead with the tour because it was our only opportunity to visit Cordoba, was planned months in advance and was something we were all looking forward to.

The tour itself was informative, but their lack of taking any responsibility for their mistake is what made this experience subpar.

Nice bus from Seville to Cordoba of about 2 hours. Very good guide who was passionate about Cordoba and told us more than what's seen on the surface. The Mesquita was the highlight as it's just stunning. It's good the tour ends there as we have time to take in the beauty of the marvel and what current Arabs need to think that their forefathers were more valuable to mankind than what they are today.

The trip was awsome. The Mosque was amazing and so was the Alcazar. The guide Rosario was excellent in presenting the history behind the monuments. I did have a hard time communicating with the local tourist agency. I arrived on time at the departure point and left with out notification. Put us on a cab that I had to pay for. We were suppose to stop by the city of Carmona on the way back but they decided to cancel without notification.

Amazing tour. Guides are very knowledgeable. Even though, it was hot, it was a great tour. Drive to Cordoba was enjoyable
    Thank you everyone

This is not my first time with Andalsur, even not my first time to Córdoba with them. But i never chose the optional trip to Carmona. Our tour guide Keyla told us before getting to the van that we could cancel the Carmona tour at any time because it was a hot day. Of course it’s hot. July in Seville? Who doesn’t know it’s hot as hell? But we were offered the trip and paid for it so we thought we had the tour we paid for. Unfortunately it was not the case. Most of the people of our group didn’t hire the optional trip and made a complaint about having an additional stop on their way back to Seville. So we just saw a Parador (hotel at the top of a hill) for 15 minutes with a random simple google explanation and nothing else. We felt cheated and decided not to go on a tour with Viator. It’s better to hire a local guide and have the service you paid for
