  If I could give a zero then I would. This is a horrible company. We spent 3 weeks in Portugal and Spain. We have been all over the world and unfortunately, companies in Portugal and Spain are not great at doing things timely. Previously on our trip, if something came up with a tour, then we would contact that specific company to figure out what was going on and they would be super responsive. With this company, there was a mistake in the meet up location, but we were early so as soon as we realized no one was there, we contacted them in order to try to figure it out. We got no response. We tried two different forms of contact and no one replied. We waited and waited, but still no answer. We finally had to forfeit our tour after a half hour passed. We later contacted the company in order to tell them what happened and that we needed their help, but couldn’t reach them. They were not willing to give us any sort of refund on the tour and they eventually became unresponsive. I have never experienced such bad customer service. When you are abroad, things can be difficult or mistakes can happen. That’s why companies should work with you in order to help, but this was not the case. I would never recommend this company.

  We went for the full tour. Castle, Jewish quarter and Mezquita. We had two guides. The first one deserves 5 stars. He was very friendly and a good storyteller. For the Mezquita-Catedral we got another guide. Very arrogant and his english were very hard to understand. He only showed us a few things inside and kept repeating himself. The children's book we bought in a souvenir shop was way more informative than our guide. After the tour you get kicked out and have no possibility to have a closer look at things. We ended up buying new tickets for the Mezquita so we actually got to see the place.

  Miguel Angel fue un guía excelente en el freetour del sábado 13 de mayo por Córdoba. Ameno, interactivo, entusiasta y enamorado de su ciudad y de su historia, pareció que era la primera vez que contaba muchas de las cosas que compartió. Eso es lo importante: no repetir una grabación, sino recrear una experiencia. Dio algunas opiniones discutibles, pero las separó perfectamente del relato y eso le dio aún más valor a su narración. Muchas gracias por vuestro rigor y amenidad.

  Un tour muy completo para lo muchísimo que hay que ver en tan poco tiempo. Nuestra guía (Montse), impresionantemente preparada, muy recomendable.

  We selected this long tour because of our short visit. The tour was well planned and guides provided the details of each site we visited. Guides answered the questions and was very interesting and engaging.

  We had a fantastic tour guided by Sole, walking through the streets and point out some interesting facts and history, in a casual and entertining way, but with plenty of information, made really easy and it felt short at the end of it!

  Una manera muy curiosa de visitar Córdoba: conociendo lo que hay bajo tierra. Un recorrido lleno de sorpresas con una guía, María, muy bien preparada y amena.

  Me apunte a una visita de pago para ver el alcazar, el barrio judio y la mezquita. porque la guia (no se si se llamaba Laura o Maria) del tour free que hice el dia anterior me habia gustado mucho. nos daba muchos datos historicos y era muy amena. En cambio los guias que nos acompañaban al tour de pago no eran tan buenos. No contaban tantos datos. El de la mezquita me parecio que sabia mucho pero no tenia un orden en la exposicion lineal que hacia que te perdieras. En la alcazaba hay tantos grupos ( era un dia no festivo) que muchas veces teniamos que esperar a pasar a una sala que se vaciara porque como no se lleva microfono unos a otros se oian y era una exposicion muy pobre. Tambien es cierto que el edificio tiene poco que ver, salvo los jardines.
