So much fun! Roberto was an awesome snorkel guide! He made sure my kids were safe and comfortable for their first time snorkeling and so patient! Joaquin was the best server ever! Made sure we never had empty drinks and always made sure we were getting enough to eat! Will definitely go back!

This Beach Club gets pretty busy, but for good reason since they offer snorkeling, paddle boarding, a pool, a bar, massages, and various souvenir shops. I got their chicken fajitas for lunch and it was delicious. The only thing is some stuff at their shops are more expensive than the souvenir shops at Cozumel Airport. So I recommend waiting to pick out stuff at the airport instead.

Limpio, cómodo y agradable. El servicio es muy bueno. El mesero Joaquín nos atendió excelente. Los alimentos no son lo mejor, esperaría algo mucho más rico por el costo elevado.

I visited in May during a Mother's Day cruise getaway and had such a great time so I decided to return during a 4th of July cruise with my family to celebrate my daughter graduating high school. BIG MISTAKE! It was totally different than before. Service was terrible, only when I got up to place my own order did they offer to help. The pool was DISGUSTING!!! I'm not sure what's floating on top of it but it was NASTY...Water is rough and getting in and out of the ocean is a task in itself. They tried to out sandbags to help with the walk but it's still difficult. The food was ok and the unlimited margaritas were water. The vendors selling things are the WORST and WILL rip you off if you don't pay attention! I try to support as many of the shops since I know this is how they make money off of tourism. My daughter and her friend insisted on purchasing a mask and necklace. I was out of cash so decided to just put it on my credit card, of course they OVERCHARGED us. Definitely a lesson learned and I won't do that again. I should have went with others recommending I go elsewhere. I'm not sure what happened in the 2 months time difference but I know it was enough not to return when we renew our vows with over 50 family and friends in the upcoming month, I'd be embarrassed to experience that with them.

Heads up- taxi fare is only $12 each way. I was so glad for the help I just paid $20 each time. When we arrived we were given bracelets for the “all inclusive” and a time was written on them. Not sure why the server wrote the time on them, but ok. We were there fairly early and before the crowds. We brought our own masks for snorkeling and only borrowed fins from them. We were not told about the guided snorkeling or asked if we wanted to do that. We had to snorkel on our own- no biggie. We asked for towels and even though (and I didn’t realize it at the time) our reservation included a free towel per person) we were charged for the towels - $5 rental and $5 deposit. The deposit was returned but we still ended up paying an extra $10 for towels that wasn’t necessary. There was a buffet set up and we made use of it- as our reservation denoted- and we were told by our server that the buffet wasn’t for us and we weren’t supposed to eat from it. We were given a menu to order from and told the menu was included. We ordered a couple of drinks- we aren’t big drinkers- and the one alcoholic drink we had was very weak and watered down, the virgin daquiris were undrinkably sweet and all drinks, even sodas, came in very tiny 6 or 8 oz glasses. Server was super anxious to attend to us when we got there but then was hard to find the rest of our visit. He kept asking us if we were ready to leave and told us we had to give him our wristbands when we left even going so far as to take them off of our wrists when we asked for a cab- literally ripping them off our wrists. There were shops there but it’s all the same junky stuff as all over the pier area. The bathroom is set back a ways from the beach/pool area and has an attendant who was lovely. Bathroom was basically clean but the toilets are iffy as to whether or not they will flush. Spoiler- mine didn’t. All in all this was not worth the even low price for it and actually ended up costing more than a “better” excursion when you factor in taxi fares and getting scammed for the towels. I would not recommend.

We booked this beach as "Clear Kayak and Beach Snorkeling Combo", from Royal Caribbean, but all of the guides in the photos work for this location/company. They showed up late to get us and they pay for taxis to get you there, constantly promising they are pay for the ride. The beach is rocks for 20 feet out and you better bring water shoes! The water is not accessible to the handicapped. To get people with normal capabilities into the water, there are sandbags over the sharp rocks. My mother uses a walker and I could barely get myself into the water without falling, so it was a no go for mom. Beers are $5 and drinks $10. Look at the photos they provide here. You will see only one photo with the "beach" rocks. The rest just show people in close frame. They own the whole place so money is the game. At the end of the day, the guide and taxi dropped off have my party at the wrong pier , so they walked back to the right pier, about a miles walk.

We were on The Carnaval Paradise ship and bought the excursion. UVAS private beach pass is a blast. I especially want to recognize Pedro and Joaquin, our fabulous servers. They kept the frozen Pina Coladas coming and made sure we kept track of time for the Guacamole cooking class and the Tequila tasting. These gentleman were so delightful to have as our servers. Ask for them!
