  • Unfortunately the tide was high and we could only see part of the crystal caves the Fantasy Cave was closed due to electrical issues and height tide they did reduce the entrance fee to 11 vs 22.....still high for what we saw. The best value was the Aquarium/Zoo. The tour of Hamilton was good and very informative, but it would be nice if driver/guide had a mic....difficult to hear narration in van party of 6.

  • Well the Crystal Caves were closed. We drove 90 minutes to see them. I understand why they were closed due to higher then normal tides but the tour company should have known this. I would expect more from tour company. Cave people said they knew the day before that it would be closed.

  • Howard was a great tour guide. He really showed us the island and was a wealth of information. The caves were amazing.

  • Great experience!

Only thing to note is admission to the Crystal Caves and Aquarium is NOT included in the cost of this tour, you have to pay for those in addition. That was a bit of a surprise to me could have been in the fine print and I missed it. However when I did some quick mental math, even with those extra costs this tour is still excellent value compared to other options. AND, the return ferry to the dockyard or whichever ferry stop you wish IS included which was not in some of the other tours.

    All is all, highly recommended!

  • The tour guide and van met us promptly when the cruise docked. The Crystal Caves were spectacular (entrance not included). The Aquarium/zoo was nothing comparable to those in bigger cities. I wished there was more of a "tour" of Hamilton, as we were just dropped off for free shopping time.

  • the crystal caves and zoo/aquarium were unimpressive as they were pricey and there wasn't much to see. However the highlight of the trip was our super nice guide Juanita who drove us around showing us Bermuda on bus and teaching us the history and facts about the island.

  • The Crystal Caves were amazing! So beautiful and relaxing. Loved the history. The tour guide was very informative. The aquarium and zoo were ok. Too hot for many of the animals to come out in view. I was disappointed in the City of Hamilton Tour part. We were given the option to be dropped off in the City of Hamilton upon arrival or be driven back to our hotel. Not much of a tour! No narratives of anything along the way.

  • I felt it was alot of money just to be shown around and then we had to pay entrance to caves and Aquarium

  • The tour van was at the pier as arranged. Arthur was personable and knowledgeable. The van was not up to standard. First, it did not have a microphone. Those in the back had no idea what Arthur was sharing along the way. Secondly, the air conditioning broke half way through the trip. The Caves were magnificent. However no guidance was given as to the departure time and no recommendation made regarding the pros and cons of one or two caves. As a result, part of the group had to sit and wait for an hour and a half for those who chose two caves. At the Aquarium the group pressed Arthur for a specific departure time. The itinerary and pricing was fine, but some refinements need to be made regarding vehicle quality and time management.
