Because this is in a built up area, there isn't a lot of space, so the birds and animal enclosures are somewhat cramped. This is probably good for those with mobility issues and for kids. Seemed overpriced. The train is a good way to travel for all ages.

The Free Flight Bird show was excellent. World Class. Volunteers were friendly and helpful. However, a lot of areas closed and no appropriate signage to say pathways are closed meant a lot of extra walking. So sad to see so many of the animals alone as the only one of its species in an enclosed area. What a sad life for them. eg Cassowary, Tree Kangaroo,

We thought this place was terrific, excellent value with a great opportunity to see, interact and understand the wildlife of Australia. All the keepers were so knowledgeable and helpful. What a great day out.

We started off our day with the lorikeet feedings in front of the entrance. For a gold coin donation you get to feed the birds. Our 3 year old loved it and the volunteers running it were very welcoming and regularly topped up your food. The animal exhibits are set up really well and we were blown away by the huge aviary which is home to the macaws and lemurs. The train is great to hop when little ones have tired legs. I wish the map was updated to say the kangaroo station is closed as it would have saved us a walk. The water play area was fantastic too for a cool down.

Booked 3 tours with Viator, no contact phone number provided. For days my account said the bookings were canceled. Kept getting paid and confirmed emails on each one. Still not confident that they were all canceled.

We had the best day! My three kids (7, 10, 13) and hubs and I all agreed it was the highlight of our whole Gold Coast trip. We saw tons of animals and the enclosures were beautifully designed and maintained. All staff we encountered were lovely and friendly and the whole place is peaceful. The cafe was expensive and the food quality was average but we expected that. Highly recommend a day here!

I bought this entry ticket here because it was cheaper than buying from the actual attraction. Be careful about the time, the gift shops and food places shut down around 3pm so keep that in mind when exploring.

We haven't been here in over 20 years so saw a massive difference. The park has grown substantially. There was so much to see (the last time it was only a bird park!) The food was excellent considering what u normally get at these places.

Thoroughly enjoyed the day out - so much to see and do and not the crippling price of the Warner bros theme parks. Adults and grandkids all loved the day from the many animal exhibits to the interactive sessions with pelicans/kangaroos etc. The bird flight presentation was one of the best Ever seen with many species of birds presented . When you need a rest jump on the little train ! Found staff helpful and they certainly presented as they enjoyed their roles. Great day out … recommend highly
