Make your own way to the Czech Beer Museum, arriving any time between 11am and 6:45pm on the day booked. Begin your 1.5-hour self-guided tour with an overview of world beer history before moving on to the 'golden age' of Czech beer brewing to the present day. Next, discover the magic behind the scenes of making Czech beer in the brewery and model malt house. Experience the real smell of hops and malt then go underground to the 13th-century cellars. See what a cooper shop looked like and how ice was dug for and stored before cooling was invented. Along the way, learn from hundreds of historical artifacts enhanced by authentic surroundings and video presentations.
Finish your tour by tasting some beer. Still in the 13th-century cellars, enjoy four types of Czech beers in two showroom pubs, the first from the 1920s and the second from communist times. After you are finished with your beers, go to the bottling room to create a very original souvenir from Prague by bottling your own beer, corking it, and creating your own label.

The visite is short but realy qualitative. The price is correct and they do a student price really attractive. For the tasting the waitress Kate is realy kind and competente.More important, the beer are really good!!!
-
Well explained beer production process and a nice place to taste it afterwards - very good explained by Vlava our beer coach :-)

First day in Prague and stumbled upon this hidden gem. We were greeted by Kate who was very welcoming and explained the museum to us. After learning about some of the history of beer and the brewing process in Czech we went for the best part which is trying some local beers. Kir and Vova were great in explaining the beer and attending to us. I personally recommend Rychtar Natur my boyfriend recommends the demon. Honestly, The price of the museum is well worth it with the 4 beers you get to try !

Great experience, really interesting and really tasty beer! Jan was great! He was so welcoming and super friendly. Would recommend!
-
Whilst the venue and tour is small the highlight has to be the basket of 4 local beers that’s included in the price - great value and would certainly recommend

Beer tasting was good, but quite cramped. Was meant to do the personalized bottle but that part had already closed when came out....4 hours before it was due to close

The exposition was small and not impressive. The 4 beers in the tasting where ok, but the places was dirty and in general it was not worth the price

The museum’s exhibition is small and rather outdated. I’ve been to other beer museum in European capitals and they were interactive and fun. Anyway, it was worth the price considering that one gets four beers as a tasting set for the price of the ticket. Therefore, three stars from me.
