The World Tour Company should have scrapped this old van years ago. It was just a BUCKET OF BOLTS! The constant and LOUD rattle made it impossible to hear the tour guide’s commentary. It was an all day tour— by the time it was over, our nerves were jangled and we couldn’t wait to get out of the bus!

We booked the tour the night before and chose the 16 person tour to get a more personal experience instead of being in a large group. When we were picked up, the vehicle was actually a 22 person vehicle and was a bit tight with the spacing and everyone inside.

The tour guide was friendly but we expected better English since this was advertised as an English speaking tour. She attempted to speak in 3 languages and was reading off a script it sounds like. The tour did not provide an itinerary on paper and instructions were given as we got off the bus. Instructions would've been better given while we were on the bus before each stop instead.

The tour overall was good and made stops in the towns and you were able to spend about an hour in each town to explore and walk around. This was plenty of time to check out the shops or relax on the beach, etc. Optional boat tour at the end was fun and payment was required in cash for that to the botat operator.

The driver was friendly but seemed to be texting and driving on his phone for most of the drive which did not comfort us.

Crew was friendly but the bus was bigger than expected and the overall experience was okay.

The Amalfi Coastline is simply spectacular however overcrowded with tourists and lacking access roads, thank goodness otherwise it would be impossible with tourist overflow. Don’t even think of self drive. Our driver, Antonio, was great despite modest communication issues in English.

My sister and I recently toured the Amalfi coast on a stop on our Norwegian cruise. We easily located our guide at the port and were joined by just three other guests in our small group tour. We had a scenic drive, first stopping at the Lemoncello factory where we were treated to a shot of the delicious liqueur! We then toured the beautiful town of Positano . We were treated to a delicious included lunch at a cliff side restaurant with beautiful views.((a definate highlight ) We then we’re able to spend some free time in Amalfi. Would highly recommend Viator and this tour in particular . Everything was exceptional !

The Good: We saw Amalfi and Ravello each for 1 hour which were two very quaint towns with beautiful views of the coast and hillside. Our driver was nice.

The Bad: The driver's English was worse than my Italian (which is terrible). There was no guide and this was supposed to be an English guided tour.

The Ugly: At the beginning of our tour, the driver indicated that this tour was for Amalfi, Positano, and Sorrento without lunch (as opposed to Amalfi, Positano, and Ravello with lunch as described in the tour). We tried to be understanding and went along with it. We drove through Ravello without stopping and proceeded directly to Amalfi. After we finished in Amalfi, the driver told us that he contacted his company and they realized they made a mistake with the itinerary. They then wanted to change the itinerary back to the correct one and drive back to Ravello. However, this meant backtracking a significant distance in poor traffic that cost us at least 3 hours of wasted time. On top of this, the tour company grouped us with people from a cruise who had a deadline to be back at their ship. As a result of all these mistakes by the tour company, we ran out of time and had to turn right around to drive back the same way we came, skip lunch, skip Positano (and not see Sorrento either), and return to Naples hungry..

Overall we were obviously extremely disappointed with the experience and would recommend avoiding booking a tour with "Worldtours" at all costs.

This tour was a great way to see the Amalfi coast. I enjoyed he lunch that was served in a beautiful restaurant overlooking the coast. This tour was great for me because I was traveling alone for work. The guide worked very hard to make sure we had a great time. There were plenty of stops for shopping and sightseeing along the beautiful coast. I really enjoyed going out in a boat in Amalfi. The beauty of the coast is indescribable.

Teresa, our guide was wonderful as was our driver Rafelo. The tour covered Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi Coast and Robello - scenic, organized and informative. We enjoyed all aspects of the tour except for the lunch which was boring, and to be honest, for the amount of money paid for the tour, we expected a little more. Otherwise, no complaints. We were given the opportunity to join the Amalfi Coast Cruise at an additional cost, which was enjoyable, but a swim in the beautiful beach would have added that extra WOW to the entire day! Thank you.

This was my first time ever being in Italy and up until this particular tour I was impressed. Italy is gorgeous and that cannot ever be denied, however this tour was not up to par. First off the tour guide had us walk almost a mile to get to the tour bus that would take us on our tour. All other tours were being picked up at the port in front of the terminal and we were the only ones who had to walk to our tour bus which was almost a mile away. Secondly, the tour bus we were on had ZERO air conditioning!!! Italy was experiencing some of the hottest temperatures in its history and we got a tour bus that had ZERO ac. When we pointed out this fact to the bus driver and the tour guide we were told that the AC was on and that it would cool down soon. 8 hours later and it was still as steamy as ever inside that oven on wheels. The tour guide could care less for everyone's comfort and kept saying that the ac was working fine. We weren't the only ones complaining either, as it seemed that everyone was in agreement on the lack of AC. The cleanliness of the bus was disgusting and we were all appalled by the dirtiness of the inside of the bus. The AC outtake filter (located inside the bus) was filthy and could have been the reason why the AC wasn't working. It was caked with so much dirt and thick dust. The seats were disgusting and the bus had a stench to it that wreaked of horrific body odor and sour sweat. Did they even bother to clean this bus before they used it for our tour? I don't think it has been cleaned in a very long time to be honest and by the looks of it. The tour guide could barely speak English and with 95% of the passengers being English speaking I would have thought that World Tours would have provided someone we could have understood. There were stops that were unnecessary and that caused a delay in our arriving at our highlighted destination. When we did actually arrive we were told we had 50 minutes to explore...are you freaking kidding me? 50 minutes??? Wow. We were pretty upset to be allowed only a mere 50 minutes to enjoy the Amalfi coast. Needless to say this in one tour company we will NEVER book with again. Save your money and go with someone else.

What a fantastic and varied tour. Very relaxing and AMAZING scenery. The boat trip is an absolute must do as part of this, plus don't miss Amalfi Cathedral. Our tour guide Martina and driver Mauritzio were absolutely fantastic, they made the whole tour. Very easy to chat to and made you feel exceptionally welcome always checking you were ok or needed anything!

Long day with lots of time on the bus. We had to take a detour through Castellemare because a bridge on the coastal road had collapsed, bumper to bumper traffic, forcing more than one hour delay. It was not the fault of our tour guide, Anna, who remained cheerful throughout and tried her best to keep us all happy. She did not cut any of the stops, gave us everything promised. So I would say thanks to Anna for going above and beyond. Our driver was also excellent, expertly maneuvering the bus through narrow mountain roads and heavy traffic everywhere. Guess this is the time when people want to visit Amalfi because there were big crowds everywhere. It was a long day. We got back to Naples late. My wife and I were exhausted. We had visited the same places some years ago. Things change and mostly not for the better. If I had known what to expect, probably wouldn't have booked the tour.
