It was a nice quick and comprehensive tour of 2 major attractions of Nairobi. My guide/driver Santa was fun and friendly. He knew exactly where to make me stand for Elephant Orphanage to to get the best view in the house. Thank you Santa!
I had also booked airport transfer with the same company and he was ready before time even though it was late at night.
I feel this tour can be done as a half day tour too or in reduced time. -
We had a great time and our guide was very helpful. He gave us the "inside knowledge" of where to stand for the best view of the elephants and was flexible with the itinerary. Vehicle used was a little old but got us there and back safely.

Herbert was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure the day was special. He was very thorough with the information and he planned a day with no glitches.

The tour was amazing and please be ready to get up close and personal with the baby elephants! Please wear something that you dont mind getting dirty because you will be able to per them and they are usually covered in dirt. Also don't be afraid to kiss the giraffe, it's not that scary. You will also stop at the bead factory with an amazing tour and products for purchase. Alfred was my guide and driver for the day and he was amazing. I recommend this tour to anyone who has a free day in Nairobi.

George is a fantastic tour guide! He knows the tips to make sure you get close to the elephants, and knows lots of local landmarks and history. Don't miss the bead factory. The jewelry and other items are beautiful and support a worthwhile cause.

This tour is definitely something you do not want to miss. Not only did we enjoy the Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Center, we enjoyed our tour guide as well, Greoge. Greoge was very knowledgeable about the animal centers and other things to do in Nairobi. He made us feel safe and he had very good customer service skills .

Excellent tour! The whole day was fantastic. Our guide, Shaddie, was full of information and had a delightful personality. 5 stars for him! The elephant orphanage was so interesting and inspirational. I have a deep appreciation for what they are doing to save the orphan elephants. The giraffe center was lots of fun--up close and personal to a giraffe! Lunch was so good--we had the feta cheese with pomegranate seeds and avocado toast, and a beer. The best! THe ceramic bead factory was also very interesting and our tour guide (sorry, I can't remember the name---a young man) was very good and entertaining. I would highly recommend this tour!

We went to the Sheldrick Orphanage and the Giraffe Center on our one free day in Nairobi. Our guide was Sammi who was spectacular! He provided us insight into Kenya on our first day there, he was timely, he got us to where we wanted to go and provided additional information on other sites we may want to see and got us back when we were done. The Orphanage is wonderful. I still think about those precious baby elephants running to get their feeding, esp. given our country's leadership thinks it's okay to murder these beautiful, wonderful creatures. I hope the Sheldrick Foundation continues to do their wonderful work. I miss those elephants every day.
