Know More about this tour

Departing from Jerusalem in your air-conditioned coach, your first stop is the Mount of Olives for scenic views over Jerusalem. From this vantage point you can see the Dome of the Rock at the Temple Mount Esplanade, where heaven is said to meet earth.

Pass the Garden of Gethsemane before continuing to the walls of the Old City. Here you will enter through the Armenian Quarter, and see the famous Western Wall (Wailing Wall) which functions as an open-air synagogue for thousands of worshipers. Crossing over to the Christian quarter, you can follow the route of the Via Dolorosa. Look out for the 14 Stations of the Cross as you trace Jesus' steps to the site of his crucifixion at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

After a short walk back along the ancient Byzantine main street, your overview of Jerusalem concludes in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City, where your air-conditioned coach will be waiting to take you the short 6-mile journey south to Bethlehem.

The hub of the religious activity in Bethlehem is the Manger Square which is flanked by the Church of the Nativity and also the Mosque of Oman - significant sites of importance for the different people that live in the town. At the Manger Square you can walk on the ground where Jesus was laid down after his birth, and see the places of significance from nativity stories. Visit the Greek and Catholic churches, before an hours drive back to Jersalem.

  • Jerusalem tour difficult due to crowd sizes. No headsets, guide hard to hear. Bethlehem bad because we were held at a gift shop for at least 30 min. Finally went to manger site, had to look at it through a pinhole because it was too busy, we were rushed through that. Awkward situation. Guide there very difficult to hear. Had a good time just walking around on our own today, saw lots more on our own.

  • Amazing tour.

  • Guide was bored, jaded and in a rush spent more time talking about himself and anecdotes than guiding us on the tour thru the sites. He even didn't want to remain and do the full tour of the Church of the Holy Sepulcher, for a Christian woman on the group who came from halfway around the world for a once in a life time trip!

  • very nice tour and great guide both in Jerusalem and bethlehem a must do tour for everyone who is new to the erea...recommended

  • Very well planned. Guide was highly informative and professional.

  • Had a great time thanks to Liat and Avi! We'll use them again next year.
I highly recommend the this tour company.

  • Liat and Avi are excellent Tour Guides and Driver. I've had this same team from last year and they didn't disappoint. I took my Mom with me this time and had an amazing time.

Special thanks to our guide in Bethlehem. I forgot his name I thought it was Christian but he was an excellent caring guide. My elderly Mom cannot keep up with the pace of the walking tour so he advised the rest of the tour group to proceed on his instructions while he escorted my Mom through out the Bethlehem tour. He was able to talk to the right people and get permission to allow my mom to use the elevator. My Mom and I were very grateful for his help and we really appreciate it. We gave him our heartfelt thanks and a generous tip.

Please don't forget to tip your guides and drivers as they are kind and supportive people who are doing their best to ensure you enjoy the tour and go out of their way to ensure your safety and enjoyment.

  • Very Good Tour, the guide new all the alleyways in the old city, would prefer more time
in Bethlehem, especially a stop at the wall would have been good.
    Good trip and well organised.

  • Great tour with a fantastic guide!

  • Thank you, it was a great tour very well explained and the tour guide was great, please do thank him as I have lost his details. Going to Bethlehem was so easy and no problem at all crossing the border, dont believe what you see on TV about Israel, the Israel and Palestinian are very nice kind people we met on the tour. We could have had a bit more time to walk around.
