Our tour begins when our guide pick you up at the lobby of your Hotel and move to the northern part of the country, being unavoidable to make a brief stop in the famous town of Sarchi, internationally known for its laborious artisans who give Sarchi renown as the cradle of the Costa Rican Crafts. Following our trip we will pass through plantations of various agricultural products, ornamental plants, cattle farms, until we reach the town of La Fortuna to have lunch in a cozy restaurant just in front of the Volcano. This excellent location allows us from very early, to have the best view waiting for the Volcano to please the visitors. We will rest in one of the best hot springs in the area, where you can optionally have the oportunity to have a massage or spa treatment booked in advance. To close with a gold pin, an excellent dinner will be served, always with the best view of the Arenal volcano to not miss a single opportunity to observe its possible explosions of incandescent lights. After dinner we will return to San Jose. Tour includes: Bilingual tour guide, comfortable transportation, bottled water, buffet lunch and dinner and entrance fees. The Tabacon Hot Springs Resort & Spa is a great resort where you can relax in the hot waters of the river and waterfalls surrounded by well kept gardens . Due to covid restrictions the meal was al a carte instead of a buffet which was a bonus as the food was excellent. The only downside was the stop over in Sochi where we waited in a shop for an hour after a tour of the museum. I would have preferred to spend a little less time there adding more time to the resort

Will our tour guide was amazing! What an educated, knowledgeable, super friendly guy! He pays attention to every detail on our comments and needs, we had great conversations on our way to La Fortuna, San Carlos and the 3 hour ride was so fun and enjoyable. We learned a lot from Will on the different Costa Rican areas, volcanoes, nature and animal life and species, he even spotted two sloths on our way to the Arenal Volcano. If you are visiting Costa Rica and are booking tours via Trip Advisor ask For Will!

I had such an unforgetable magkcal experience with the tour. Oscar my tour guide is a gem, he is super knowledgeable, friendly & fun to be with. The service waz impeccable and made me feel like family. During the tour, we stop at the beautiful spots & Oscar has gone the extra mile for making sure we feel at home and tell us a story of the history, people & culture. And even took photos that made lasting memories. The service was outstanding and made sure to pick us up on time & drop us off at the hotel.
