We went on a very enjoyable trip to Alexandria - it was very cool to see the Catacombs and Pompeii's pillar. I also enjoyed the visit to the exhibit about Anwar Sadat at the Alexandria Museum. The guide Mahmoud Badr was helpful and jovial and provided a fun experience. The driver Sabri was great - he patiently navigated us through the slow traffic and we had a chill experience. These guys also picked our group at the airport - even though our party was arriving at multiple terminals and there were long delays in getting the bags, these guys were very patient and helpful in managing the process. I would gladly book them again.

Our tour guide Mahmoud Badr made our experience very enjoyable on our final day in Egypt! Mahmoud guided us around Alexandria and went out of his way many times to ensure we made the most out of our day tour!

Had a fantastic day doing this day tour! Our tour guide, Mahmoud Badr was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable and showed us everything Alexandria had to offer. It was just my partner and I on this tour and it was truly exceptional. Our tour guide met us right on time in our hotel and made transportation a breeze. Our driver, Mahmoud El Abiad was great and made the trip seamless. This tour is super easy and convenient, I highly recommend this tour.

Mahmoud is an amazing energetic guide. He narrates stories and history in a dramatic way and has all the knowledge of Egyptian history. He took us to the Pilar of Pompei, Catacombes of el Shuqafa and the Alexandria Library including the Sadat museum. Lastly we took pictures at the Citadel and ate crepe’s at a cool place close to the University. We will certainly call on him again as guide when we return to Egypt and will recommend him to our friends and family.

Our tour guide, Mo was amazing and extremely knowledgeable! The driver, Omar, was very hospitable and skilled. We will be back to Alexandria someday! The experience was great. The food was amazing.

The Alexandria day trip with Deluxe Tours is great. Icing on the cake would be if you could get Dr Mo as your guide and Ramadan as your driver. Neither of these fine gentlemen missed a beat and although it’s a tight schedule we didn’t once feel hurried. The sights are well worth visiting and it was fascinating to see the intermingling of Ancient Egyptian, Roman, and Greek mythology and history. Although it makes for a long day, the contrast between the desserts and pyramids of Cairo and this Mediterranean city makes it worthwhile.

It was an peaceful day and long travel from Cairo to Alexandria, thanks to our guide Tito, and van driver Mhamoud. An amazing experience to visit the Catacombs, the Roman Amphitheater, and the Citadel, plus the Mosque. One of a kind experience!

Booked a private tour to Alexandria as part of a package arranged by Yasser of Deluxe Tours. Our day started at 7 am after our professional guide, Titto, picked us up from our hotel. Titto speaks excellent English and was detailed in his explanation. We visited the Catacombs, the Roman Amphitheater and the Citadel. He was kind enough to bring us inside the Citadel as subsitute to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina which was closed that day. Aside from that, Titto brought us to the Abu Al-Abbas Al-Mursi Mosque where he willingly answered questions from us about the Islam religion and the Muslim way of life. The tour pacing was just right. We were not rushed. We got back in Cairo shortly before 5 pm. We also appreciate Titto's kind gesture in helping one of my friends reload his mobile SIM at a local store and he accompanied us to a convenience store to get some Egyptian sweets. Thank you too to our expert and courteous driver, Mahmoud Abiad, who was our driver for our entire stay in Cairo and Alexandria. We felt very safe with his driving. Thank you to Titto and Mahmoud for a great day in Alexandria!

We started the long drive from our hotel in Giza from 7:am with our private tour guide Mr Tito all the way to Alexandria for 3 hours. He is accommodating and sensitive with our needs the whole trip. He is organized and well-coordinated with our itinerary. He knows a lot about the history behind the catacombs in Kom El-Shuqafa Monuments, Kom el-Dekka ruins and Qaitbay Citadel. We also had a short trip to the famous mosque nearby and explained to us some of our questions about Islamic practices. I would also like to commend our polite and cheerful driver Mr Mamoud.
