Transport came exactly on time and the driver was very friendly (I believe his name was Christian). Upon our arrival at the Salt Mines, we had a very knowledgeable tour guide (her name was Dorota) who gave us a lovely tour of the mines. We were then taken to Auschwitz where we were given such an emotional tour. I did not quite catch his name but he has been a tour guide since 1991 and was very knowledgeable. Thanks for such a lovely experience.

Was an incredibly eye opening experience with a fantastic tour guide who was really passionate and knowledgeable! Lunch was amazing and was so much there! The Salt Mines were also brilliant and a lot to see there! Overall would highly recommend this trip!

Everyone should get to see one of the concentration camps of WWII. Being there, experiencing the sights and the sense of inhumanity carry a very significant impact. We had a wonderful guide whose knowledge was extensive but could not overcome the lack of visual impact of these two sites. I have been to "smaller" concentration camps in the past and they were much more visually impactful. If one could step into the crematoriums and see the oven up close would add so much to this tour. Then, it would truly be worth all of the difficult walking needed to complete seeing these two sites.

Very good trip with 2 great guides at each location and a fun driver who was always smiley and cracking jokes also making sure we were comfortable. Didn’t feel rushed at all and surprisingly not that tiring - both places in one day definitely doable. The salt mine is absolutely stunning and nothing like I’ve seen before in my life- MUST NOT MISS! Also starts early so still have the evening to do stuff. Transport was a small van thing which took us to a small coach where we met with other groups - meant that there wasn’t long drop offs and pick ups. The only tour that actually picked me up on time! So make sure you’re waiting outside. Defo recommend this trip!
