Cristi was an excellent guide - Very knowledgable and enthusiastic. He shared info about Communism, Romania and Bulgaria which was all new to me.
Cristi was great! He knew a lot of information about both Romania and Bulgaria. He took us to a phenomenal restaurant with a great view. Overall the tour was superb!
Eugene was a fantastic guide. He shared many facts and interesting information along the trip. This trip exceded my expectations!
We had a wonderful day trip to Ruse. Our guide was Christie and he was a great host, full of interesting information, very helpful and an outgoing personality. Ruse was a lovely little City with the Old Town a real Gem. The eight hour day just flew by.
Had an amazing day with the tour guide, small group and lots of story telling on the way. No regrets joining the tour.
Great day trip from Bucharest. However it was at least a mile from the center of town back to the fortress.
This was an amazing trip, we saw such a lot in one day. The 3 hours in Veliko Tarnovo flew by and we didn't manage to see as much as we would have liked. Manage your time there well! The trip was well organized and the guide very knowledgeable and accommodating to those on the trip. There were a couple of places we stopped that had only the 'Turkish toilets' and there were some steep steps at the rock monastery, in case anybody has mobility problems.
A really amazing day, and a perfect opportunity to see Bulgaria. I recommend this to anyone coming to Bucharest this tour is a MUST!! Long day but so worth it seeing all the beautiful sights and making great friends. Everyone was so nice, guide was patient and the views were unbeatable. Highly recommend this tour do not miss it!!
We loved our tour guide Christi ( I hope I spelled his name correctly). He took us to a wonderful restaurant and helped us with ordering specialty dishes common to this area in Bulgaria. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. He answered our questions and was a safe driver. The van/bus was comfortable and he made stops for the passengers to have breaks from the long drive. I highly recommend this trip and this tour guide!!
Excellent and enjoyable day, very informative and interesting Guide (and driver!), thank him very much
