Nos pasaron a buscar a la hora todo muy agradable y dentro de lo esperado. El barco era cómodo y la atención de sus tripulantes impecable. El ambiente muy alegre en el barco, luego fuimos a un buffet con buena comida y por último terminamos recorriendo el centro. La guía nos inspiraba mucha confianza y tranquilidad. Muy recomendado el tour a Buzios aunque ideal ir por más tiempo.

Fue más tiempo viajando que la excursión en si. Mucho retraso invertido en esperar pasajeros (1 hora y media buscando gente). Los guías de la goleta no hablaban español solo portugués.

Nuestra experiencia con el tour y con la agencia de viajes puede mejorar, en cuanto a puntualidad no hay un orden para garantizar llegar a tiempo al lugar, las condiciones meteorológicas cambian día a día la agencia tiene que informar estas condiciones ya que no podimis disfrutar de la playa por fuertes lluvias y podíamos cambiar la fecha para otro día no se nos avisó.

Nos fueron a buscar más temprano de lo indicado, y en la información leída no arrojaba nada en especial. El servicio del tour en autobús es bueno, asientos cómodos y con cinturón de seguridad. El guía explicaba pero no sociabilizaba con los turistas. La comida fue en un restaurante tipo.buffet, pero no había pescado. Solo carne y pollo. Al término del tour, nos dejaron a 3cuadras del hotel en una zona que no conocemos y a oscuras.

Excelente, la guía hablaba 3 idiomas (priscila) es un viaje largo, de 5 hs aprox. Cómo sugerencia deben ir y quedarse allí un día mínimo luego volver, porque es mucho para un sólo día, si bien es HERMOSO, no se disfruta toooodo! Cons: The so called boat trip is a spot (standing room only) on a illegally crowded boat. If you board that boat, you are in danger of ending your vacation dead. The lunch was at a crowded (line out the door) stuffy buffet restaurant. There are plenty of comfortable, nice atmosphere restaurants in Buzios. For the price charged for this tour, a much better experience was expected. The tour guide spoke for 10 minutes the entire trip and was disorganized - told us the time to meet up was 5PM which ended up being changed to 7PM I am a carioca traveling with my American husband and I do not recommend this company. We ended up skipping the boat trip and taking an Uber to see the beaches. We also had to pass on the restaurant as the line was too long. Pros: Bus transportation was comfortable
