  • I recommend it. Only thing Id want to change would be to have an extended tour of Peles castle instead of Brasov walk.

  • It was an excellent tour and a great way to see some of the countryside and try some local foods.

  • Safe and knowledgeable driver/tour guide. Excellent tour! Long trip but plenty of stops for photos and bathroom breaks. Oversize van is very comfortable and it has WIFI all the way. Highly recommended.

  • Good !

  • Interesting but long drive, much time wasted on the road with challenging infrastructure and loads of traffic and only to see a castle

  • We travelled to three locations as part of a small tourist group in a minibus. The first location we visited was a picturesque castle called Pele's castle located in the small town of Sinaia in the carpathian mountains. The castle was interesting but if you wanted to take photos inside you had to pay and extra charge in addition to the entrance fee. The second location we visited was Bran castle Dracula's castle in the town of Bran. This was the most interesting part of the trip and you are allowed to take photos inside the castle without paying an extra charge. The third and last location that we visited was the centre of the city of Brasov which has a picturesque central square and lots of tourist places and restaurants to eat in but we did not have time to explore the city because of the short daylight hours at this time of year. Brasov would probably be a good place to visit in the summer months.

  • Very nice tour. Excellent guide.

  • I enjoyed the day, but found Bran Castle rather an awful tourist trap. Much more beautiful were Peles Castle - loved the Ottoman room - and the few evening hours in Brasov, which was a jewel. The tour guide, Aleks, worked hard to keep a light atmosphere and the long drives were not so bad, particularly with the expert driver Marius.

  • The tour was very good. We had an excellent guide. Not only were the castles magnificent but I came away with a much better understanding of Romania and its history. I would mention that the tour often goes significantly longer than the 12 hours in the write up. This is due to the very challenging traffic in Romania. My tour left at 8:00 AM from the hotel and I did not get back until almost 10:30 PM. I would highly recommend the tour.

  • If you fund yourself in Bucharest, take this trip. Excellent from start to finish. We all loved it. Keith from Cyprus
