Know More about this tour

You will start your day trip when an agent picks you up from your hotel in Cairo or Giza in a private air-conditioned vehicle. You will be transferred to Cairo airport or the railway station to travel to Luxor city. Transportation to Luxor city is not included in the tour.

Upon arrival in Luxor city you will be met and transported by your private tour guide to the Luxor West bank and The Valley of the kings, known as The Great and Majestic Necropolis, including the famous tomb of King Tutankhamun.

Your next stop will be the amazing Mortuary temple of hatshepsut. This temple was constructed by the 18th dynasty Queen Hatshepsut as a unique structure rising from the desert in the shape of imposing terraces. This temple was used as a monastery in the Christian era. This is why it is famous for the name Deir el-Bahari, or the Northern Monastery.

Your last stop in the West bank will be at the gigantic Colossi of memnon. These two 60-feet (18-meter) high statues are the only remaining items of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III.

After that you will move to the East bank to enjoy your lunch in a local restaurant and complete your tour by visiting Karnak temple, which is the greatest sanctuary of worship in history. The sanctuary includes several temples, most notably Luxor temple.

After exploring Luxor temple you will be transported to Luxor airport or railway station to travel back to Cairo. Your day trip will end when you are transported by private car back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza with many unforgettable memories.
