Overview
The village of Algar is in complete contrast to Benidorm and really is a holiday must. There is something for everyone at this beautiful paradise. The Waterfalls are such a peaceful place, where you can just sit and relax and enjoy a picnic while dipping your toes in the icy cold water in one of the many pools. For the more adventurous there are areas designated for diving into the icy cold waters if you dare!

Had a great trip to the waterfalls. They are really beautiful and great to cool off in on a hot day. There are a few restaurants if you want to eat and drink also.

Las fuentes del Algar preciosas pero no lo volvería a hacer con esta compañía. Nos perdimos volviendo hasta el punto de recogida, llegamos cinco minutos tarde y aun habiendo avisado a nuestra guía fue poco comprensiva y nos dejó allí sin forma de volvernos. Siendo tres niñas de 19 años esperábamos un poco más de empatía. Además, la excursión son tres horas y no es suficiente para verlo todo tranquilo. Recomiendo coger autobus local hasta Benidorm.

This was a really good day out, a group of 14 of us went , the adults relaxed and the teenager explored the waters, waterfalls and pools along the way.

Fin tur til las fuentes del Algar. Behagelig busstur. Litt liten tid mtp å ta bilder å bade i fossene. Ble anbefalt en baguett og brus på bussturen som skulle være til en ok pris. Baguetten var veldig tørr. Ikke verdt pengene. Ellers en fin tur som er verdt å se!

Hi, just writing a review to thank all involved. Myself (Conan) and my partner (Jay) had a fantastic experience on the 19th of July 2023, we went to the Algar waterfalls, the tour guide I believe Stuart was his name? He was absolutely fantastic. The drivers also were fantastic and on time, Antonio I’m sure was the first driver and the second for the return I’m not sure but both were great. My wife and myself booked the waterfalls trip from around town on the Benidorm strip, transfer took a little longer than we thought it would as there were pick ups from the poniente area too . Once we arrived our guide Louisa had told us on the journey there where everything was and where pick up was , it was a fantastic 3 hours at the waterfalls walking and swimming in the chilly water , so refreshing. So idyllic and peaceful even with everyone around . Getting under the main waterfall was an experience, thoroughly enjoyed our trip
