The trip was booked including taxi to and from the hotel. The day before I got a phone call to say that the taxi would be needed to be paid to the driver. Not to miss the trip said I would pay. It wasn't what I expected. I do not think I will book anything else through Viator and I will go directly to the tour operator. I also had an airport transfer to the hotel when I arrived that didn't live up to expectations. Think Viator must do better.

Well although nice boat and set up the captain ran 2 chart plotter electronics instead of using 1 set to find drop-off or locate schools of fish, second off they relied on all top water ballyhoo rigs didn't even drop ant planners down to different deeps to try and put any of us on fish , this was not my first time on a charter nor fishing as a boat owner myself and growing up on the water both fresh and salt e.i. Florida it's always good practice to use different techniques to locate fish of any kind to atleast keep it interesting and exciting for paying costumers but that's just my way of thinking although area is beautiful and all there could have been more effort in locating the fish and I've never been off shore and never not even 1 time not got a single bite or even a Cuda so my expectations for fishing the carribean for the first time was set way to high

It was a good value for the money. Captain and First Mate were knowledgeable about fishing and worked hard to provide an enjoyable trip. 5 of 7 of us caught mahi and we saw whales! The drinks were cold and we had a great time.

Everyone was very nice. Our driver Vincent was excellent. The crew were friendly. I do wish they would slow the boat down so you can actually fish but it was a fun experience

I'm sure its a fun day but the guide canceled the afternoon before. Pretty disappointing for my son. Be aware that its a possibility.

This was such a fun excursion, please keep in mind this was the first time we went deep sea fishing so we really weren’t sure what to expect. The people at mystic man excelled. They kept us engaged and entertained and we caught 5 fish. They have 6 lines going at once to give a better probability of catching fish. These guys have been doing it for 15+ years so they know the island well and are great at spotting schools of fish. Just a really great job in general and would recommend this to anyone of any experience level.
