  Well I will start with the dirty tablecloth and napkins on the table. I strongly suggest they wash their table settings. Also at the end they removed the glassware and napkins that they assumed were unused and put them where they stored other clean items. I would give them a minus 0

  Too loud music in an old and bad music system. Disappointed with the quality of the cruise and Viator offering ITS customers such a bad finner cruise.

  The pick-up was very late. If i hadn't got help from the hotel to call the company who organized the tour I dont think we should have been on that tour. When arriving to the boat we have to sit another hour to wait for other people who were even later picked-up. The buffet wasn't so amazing and the music to high. In our taste the performance was silly but that could be different depending on what you think i interesting.

  When going back to hotel nobody knew about the pick-up and we were ready to take a taxi of our own but finally a man showed up and picked us up.

  We booked but there was no follow up email regarding pick up time other then be ready 30-60 minutes prior to departure scheduled for 7.30 pm. We sat in hotel foyer from 6.00 pm at 8.00 pm we rang and were given heavy traffic as an excuse we rang again at 8.30 pm this time 5 minutes away. At 8.45 pm a sharp looking Indian chap in a suit with a mobile glued to his ear rushed us into a mini van. We boarded the boat which was full of grumpy sleepey customers who probably had been sitting waiting since 7.30 pm! we were served warm flat coke which I suspect had been recycled accompanied by extremely loud Indian music and we waited some more while the guy in the suit barked continually on his mobile till the boat was FULLY loaded with customers. The cruise and food was ok the dancer was good but definitely felt no atmosphere.

  Truthfully don't bother, food was okay, views appalling. Driving made no conversation until 10 minutes out from dropping us back at the hotel. I wonder if you can guess why that was!! no, no, no no, spend your money on something different.

  The tour started very late and the food was not to great. The Dubai Creek was beautiful.

  really good!!

  I and my friend were really disappointed organization of tours that we booked on Viator. I spend few hoursnot minutes!!! to confirm pickup time for the tours. Absolutely nonsense!!!! Instead of go on the beach or whatever I was calling and calling .What I'm paying money for, Viator? In my opinion, the service supposed be improve . I read some review ,where travelers complained about it, but I did not pay attention. You could email your clients about pickup time in the future.
