  • Big Jerry was the best! Would recommend this tour to anyone. :

  • Our guide, Big Jerry, was very entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about Nashville and its history. A great tour!

  • If you are interested in a hotel pick up and drop off so that you dont have to navigate Nashville then this tour is for you, otherwise it is overpriced. Most of the sights are drivebys and if you are sitting on the opposite side of the bus youre out of luck. Taking a hop on hop off trolley would allow you to see much more at a more reasonable price. Again, if the hotel pick up and drop off is important to you then this is a nice feature but if you think you want to stay downtown after the tour to have dinner then you will have to return on your own after being dropped off. Although I booked this tour online, I called the Viator customer service number with some questions and they answered promptly and were knowledgable. Good company, tour.....meh.

  • This was a pretty decent tour, our only complaints would be the pick up window at the hotel, we would sit outside up to 45 minutes waiting for the bus and on that day we were supposed to visit the Ryman Theater, it was closed for a special event and our driver was unaware of this but due to our schedule we left Nashville without ever seeing it. We did see the Parthenon instead, which was good, but not the same.

  • this was the worst tour we have ever taken! We came a very long way from Hawaii and had limited time. Expecting this tour to hit the highlights as promised, we were excited. The driverLeecould not be heard. Although we asked him to speak up, he did not and we could not hear a word and it was a waste of over 3 hours!!!!!

  • If this is your first time to Nashville this is a must do tour! James was awesome tour guide! The museums visited were full of history! A!

  • Very interesting.... driver knows a lot about the area... would highly recommend

  • OK. Good overview of the area but the tour guide had to speak really fast as he was driving past so many places and a lot of info was missed due to sound not travelling great from the mic.

  • Tour was very interesting. But many of the places we breezed past. Music Hall of Fame was the last stop on the tour. Our hotel was only a few blocks away so we told the drvier we would not need a lift back to hotel. Was that a good idea. The tour allotted about 1 1/2 hrs for the Hall of fame and we were in there 3 hrs and still did not cover the whole museum. So much inside to see. The stop at the original hall of fame was very cool and the film presentation there was excellent.

  • Excellent tour. Guide was punctual and caring. He was very knowledgeable and gave delightful insights into the places we were visiting. The Ryman and CM Hall of Fame were the highlights of the tour.
Supplying water to all passengers would be a thoughtful improvement to the tour
