Don’t waste your time with this operator unless you want to be treated like a number on a spreadsheet and it receive everything you are paying for. I went to new zeal and for a 10 day trip and had every day planned and regimented out and everything had been going perfectly with all of my trip advisor bookings, until I came across this tour operator. I saw it only had about 10 reviews, so I could tell it was new but thought I would give it a try since I liked the description and number of activities outlined. Little did I know, that this tour operator is too new to know what it’s doing in terms of rotorua. We were rushed around to all of the sites with barley any time to really take on what we were seeing - while being blamed by the bus driver who was in a terrible mood for not getting the bus fast enough. I have never been treated so poorly for something in my life, especially considering I paid $200 for it. In addition to having a terrible time on the trip, my travel partner and I were not even given the full tour we paid for and told to get off the bus early, so the angry bus driver could rush off to getting the rest of the passengers onboard their hobbition tour. After this whole fiasco, I reach out to customer service to offer the feedback and simply get an “I’m sorry” in return. This is not the way you build a new business... Do yourself a favor, book another tour operator who will treat you like a human on vacation and not like cattle who are being rushed through “check the boxes” day tour where you won’t get everything you pay for. The only highlight of the trip was the sheep show, but this is operated by a completely separate entity than this tour operator and you can visit by yourself or with another operator.

We paid for lunch and gondola and were never treated to either!! On top of that, not only was the bus driver late picking us up, he was incredibly rude and gave the most nondescript instructions for where to go and when. Upon the show at the Agrodrome ending, our driver just walked in the bus, closed the doors and left. He didn’t even check if everyone was onboard! I felt sorry for the fellow tour patrons who were standing outside the bus not realizing the driver had no regard for them. I hope those left behind were able to find a taxi. He then announced he would be dropping everyone off at their hotels even though we were scheduled for gondola and lunch. Confused, I asked him if there was anything else and he said “this is it, off you go.” Why did I pay money and block off time for a gondola and lunch that never happened! REFUND ME!!! I’ve reached out to the tour company multiple times in the last 48 hours and heard nothing back. I do not recommend this tour company if they continue to keep “Herb” the bus driver on.

I enjoyed this tour but felt a bit rushed at some points. I had little interest in the sheep show and would have liked to experience a bit more of the scenery instead.

The geyser performed dramatically on cue and the porridge pot was amazing. The Agredome must not be missed.
