The tour guide ( Mr. SJ) was excellent at educating us about the DMZ and the third tunnel. I enjoyed myself throughout the tour. Would join another one from hr same company again!

This was a great tour and one of our most memorable parts of our visit to South Korea. Our guide, Tommy, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took photos of us throughout the day and started a whatsapp chat to share the photos with us. You'll want to keep an open mind/ have patience/ be flexible since only a limited number of people can enter the DMZ/ day and at specific time slots, which PLK Travel can't control or determine until after we arrive at the area right outside the DMZ. Make sure you bring your passport! We ended up meeting about 45 minutes earlier than originally scheduled because the DMZ limits how many tourists can visit a day (outside of PLK travel's control). This was all clearly communicated with me prior to the trip and was totally worth it! The bridge is stunning and only about 30-40 minutes away from the main DMZ area. You walk a short hike to the bridge and pass through some remnants from a battle held in the area. You can then walk along to a waterfall. We went back to the main area outside the DMZ after the bridge, got lunch and walked around. We went to the DMZ in the afternoon due to the number of people who can go in at a time and saw the third tunnel, the observatory, and the unification village. It was very safe and well structured the entire time. P.S. We ended up booking through Get your Guide because it was sold out on here.

It was a very well planned trip with just nice timing allocated for each of the places. Really enjoyed the suspension bridge as well as Dora observatory viewing. The guides were very friendly and took very good care of all of us, making sure that nobody was left behind and helping us to take photos as well

We enjoyed our tour with Tommy. (If you want people to write reviews, you should not force us to write LONG narratives.)

It can be quite difficult to plan an outing for a group of 40 people but Sieun from PLK Travel was wonderful from start to finish, with nothing too difficult for her to arrange. We organised this trip as a private group tour for our work colleagues as a learning and exploring day. Everyone was thrilled with the experience and the tour. In the day since attending, I've been hearing from colleagues how much they enjoyed it and how they loved the guides. We were picked up at our hotel by Sieun and from there we went on this 11-hour adventure. When arriving at Imjingak Park we met our second guide, SJ. Both Sieun and SJ were full of information and answered the many questions our group had. They were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and full of energy! Despite the tour changing the order of the scheduling slightly due to time restrictions to access the DMZ, the day went off without a hitch and was just the right length of time and amount of activities. We really hope to see both Sieun and SJ again in our time here in Korea! You have both given us a wonderful and memorable experience. Thank you!!
