We have had personal tours in other cities so the experience in a large group in Venice did not compare. The guide was knowledgeable and communicated well. We were in a group of 20 and although we had good radio connection with the guide were not really able to communicate individually. We did feel a bit rushed, especially in the Doges Palace, and at the very end became detached from the guide due to crowds near St Marks square. Overall would recommend this tour, it was educational and interesting.

    This tour was amazing!

The guide's English was very difficult to understand. In the Doge's Palace, she used up most of the time with dates and artists' names we had never heard of, going into detail about each brushstroke! Veronica was very knowledgeable, but not suited as a guide.

The Doge and #39;s Palace and walking tour was my favorite tour in Venice. Our guide was a true Venician who knew her cities history. So, during the tour of the palace she always added interesting details of real life Venice during the 15th century. We were all engaged during the tours. It wasn and #39;t boring!

Great tour. Very informative. Our highlight was the walking tour through Venice.

This is always a must on any tour when in Venice. It is especially important to understand the inner working of the political system to understand Venice and this tour is one of the best ways to learn. Of course, traveling over the Bridge of Sighs and imagining what it must have been like for a prisoner to get his last glimpse of freedom and Venice is the highlight of the tour.

This was an amazing experience. Our Venetian guide made all the difference. We learned about parts of Venice from the knowledge of a local. It was great.

I chose this tour because I wanted to make sure I saw the inside of the Bridge of Sighs, and we did. The Secret Venice walking tour was fun, but I can't say we saw anything Secret.

The tour was rushed as there was insufficient time allowed for the itinerary. Many times, the guide finished talking about items in a room before the whole group had entered the room. Do better elsewhere.
