The Dominican cuisine is mainly a fusion of mainly the Tainan, African and Spanish gastronomy. In this formidable activity, we will pick you up at the hotel or meeting point make a quick stop at a local supermarket to learn a bit of our endemic products and then meet with our chef instructor. The expert will entertain us with a fun cooking demonstration where we will watch him whip up some of the most traditional dishes that represent the cuisine of the Dominican Republic. Once we finish the demonstration and tastings, you will be transferred to your hotel or return point.
