Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! I wish I remembered his name, older Caucasian gentleman. We really enjoyed our tour!

Alan was an absolute delight! He is so knowledgeable, gracious, funny, and overall just everything a Bostonian is! I took a chance and signed my husband and I up for the guided walking tour of the Freedom Trail and it was one of the highlights of our Boston trip. I am eager to return, this time with our two children, and hoping Alan's family hasn't persuaded him to retire so selfishly we can enjoy another tour with him!

Of course the guide was knowledgeable, funny and engaging but it was also nice that he had a great Boston accent. Just what we wanted.

Great tour with a knowledgeable tour guide Steve. He used a portable speaker and that really helped to hear him. I know I you can do the freedom tour on your own but we thought this was great way to learn a little more of history and it was fun!

Very entertaining and delightful tour. Knowledgeable and funny guide. We booked the one hour but wanted more so we joined the 2nd hour (add’l cost, of course). I’d do it again. The only downside is I really wanted a guide that dressed the era….It’s corny but charming.

The tour began at the visitors centre on Boston Common (cost $20). Our guide, Jeremiah Poope, was excellent. He was very knowledgable and also very entertaining, mixing interesting facts with amusing anecdotes and lesser known facts. The group was very large (50+ at a guess), but he managed very well, ensuring all heard and waited for everyone. His experience enabled him to guide us away from causing disruption to passers by on the pavements. Learned a lot, very entertained and enjoyed greatly.
