Know More about this tour

Taste the flavors of South Florida as we get you off-the-beaten path and into locally owned restaurants. We'll get you started with a traditional Cuban guava and cheese pastry as you enjoy the waterfront views. That's what our food tour is all about...local flavors, local stories, local sites. You'll feel like you're walking around downtown West Palm Beach with a local who's taking you to their favorite restaurants and introducing you to fun chefs and restaurant owners along the way. Speaking of walking, you'll be walking a total of 1.5 miles over 2.5 hours, so expect to walk about 3 blocks between each restaurant. Along the way, we'll share some crazy stories from our past and we'll learn about the vibrant murals around town. FYI - we do sit down at all of the restaurants, and restrooms are available.
On the way to Pistache French Bistro, we'll walk thru our beautiful waterfront park, and we'll share a bit of history of our area. Pistache French Bistro is one of the oldest restaurants downtown, and we'll enjoy a traditional croque monsieur as we dine in a beautiful restaurant overlooking the waterfront park.
Salento Coffee is a favorite local coffee shop, and it's owned by a husband and wife team from Colombia. Jaime shows our guests how to make a particular type of Colombian coffee, and then we all share in a delicious Colombian tradition together.
You'll say Kapow WOW when you arrive at this colorful and fun Asian fusion restaurant located on the "locals block." Chef prepares 3 of his most popular dishes for us, and he explains the preparation of each dish.
It's time for tropical fruit show and tell, and you'll taste and learn about coconuts, tamarinds and key limes. Enjoy a coconut cutting demonstration that promises to be quite memorable. In fact, the next time you see a coconut, if you don't remember West Palm Beach, we'll be surprised. You'll finish your day with an authentic key lime pie, and just remember...key lime pie should never be green.

Kelly was an amazing host for this event. The knowledge that this lady has about the restaurants, the area is amazing. The choice of restaurants was first class together with all the food & drink provided. For the money paid out for this trip was exceptional value. 😊

Wow...what a fun time. We come to Singer Island several times a year and have always heard about the West Palm Beach Food Tour. This visit we decided to book the downtown walking tour, and it was beyond wonderful. Plenty of really great food, scenery and our tour guide, Kelli, was fabulous. The pastry that started the tour was one of my favorites and the fish taco, was also amazing. Every place and dish we had, was delicious. Thank you so much Kelli and Krystl.

This is our third tour with you and it's always a fun, yummy and educational time. It's nice to chat with the other diners during the day. The size of 12 to 14 is just right. Kudos to Raheem for taking us to the rooftop bar for the view and all the history he shared. It's that type of enthusiasm that makes a memorable day. Even though it's our third time with you, we went to new restaurants. Will definitely be back to Pastiche. The salad was to die for! Keep up the good work. We'll be back.

Good variety of food and drinks (if you purchase the extra drink package) at locations that were easily walkable. Raheem is a great guide. He's enthusiastic and gave us a lot of information about the downtown area and the establishments we visited. The length of the tour was good. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of bringing ponchos. We needed them during the deluge we were caught in.

  • 14-Jun-2023

My family & I had a great time with Raheem educating us about this beautiful city. The food stops were diverse and the portions were great. My favorite stop was the delicious sandwich at Pistache and of course the demonstration at the end 🥥 Raheem did a wonderful job speaking loudly and making the tour fun with his passion for the city. We will definitely take another tour.

Our guide Shawna was terrific and we had a great time. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting West Palm Beach. Learned a lot about the various restaurants downtown.

We loved this tour. Our guide Kristl was very knowledgeable. The food was both diverse and delicious. I highly recommend.

The food tour was fantastic. Raheem the tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, engaging, and helpful, and the quality of each stop on the tour was interesting and offered high quality food. I had made a couple of special dietary requests in advance which they went out of their way to make sure were honored without me having to ask again during the tour. I feel like I learned not only a lot about the specific dishes/restaurants, but also about the history of West Palm Beach. A first class operation all around—highly recommend.
