Bellissima giornata. Molto intensa e interessante. Eliminerei semplicemente il passaggio dal Marjan Art Gallery perché veramente molto poco attraente. Il nostro autista, Suhail, è stato veramente gentile e professionale. Il tour è ottimo per coloro che hanno poco tempo a disposizione e vogliono visitare Dubai rientrando per sera ad Abu Dhabi.

Za tie peniaze sme naozaj videli veľmi veľa a aj sme stihli vyhliadku na BURJ KHALIFA. chlap čo bol s nami pán .Suhail bol perfekný, milý a prišiel pre nás až do hotela a rovnako nás tam aj zaviezol. Keď prídeme zas určite využijeme dlužby ktoré ponúkajú keď že máme skvelú skúsenosť. A perfect day, a must experience. For the money we really saw a lot and we also managed to see the view of BURJ KHALIFA.The guy who was with us Mr .Suhail was perfect, nice and came to pick us up at the hotel and drove us there as well. When we come again we will definitely take advantage of the benefits they offer though we had a great experience.

The tour locations were good. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Pick up from the hotel was changed once, driver was late, although he taxed multiple times. The last fifteen minutes, messages from the driver. I was waiting him in front of hotel door. Hen arrived 18 minutes late. As he pulled in the hotel parking, he taxed me "I am here, have been waiting for you. He stepped out of the van, came up the steps looked at me and asked are you Balady, I said yes. he said we are late hurry up in the car! There was no good morning! There was no welcoming! and frankly it was OK as he smelled very bad and looked that he just got out of bed. Maybe you should advice your drivers and employees to shower and smell good before reporting to work. Also, be on time, welcome your customers, and do not drive like crazy. Once at the tour buses parking location. He asked everyone name, and pointed is to one of the parked busses. He pointed me to the wrong bus. Before the bus I was on departed, the tour guy counted the passengers and found three extra passengers on the bus. After checking the names, I and anther three tourists were on the wrong bus. We were send to the correct bus. Would you say that was not as good start of fun tour? Finally, the question on this survey :" "Would you recommend this experience to a friend? should have three choices, yes, no and maybe. Unless you design the survey to get more yeses than no And what if I do not want to give feed back, then you you cant finish the survey. What kind of survey is this?

Avevamo albergo ad ABU DHABI ma volevamo avere una idea anche di DUBAI così abbiamo prenotato questo tour di DUBAI di 1 giorno partendo da ABU DHABI. La scelta si è rilevata eccellente perché abbiamo avuto una idea delle principali attrazioni della città. Punti di forza del tour il prelievo direttamente al nostro hotel e l'audioguida in italiano ricca di dettagli su DUBAI e la storia degli Emirati. Un particolare ringraziamento va al nostro driver Suhail che oltre ad essere stato gentile e preciso mi ha anche riportato in albergo il giorno dopo il cavo del telefono che avevo dimenticato in auto!

It was amazing day. Dubai is fully unleashed literally and we got to know better about vibrant life of Dubai city. We booked this full day tour for 4 people and included a hotel pickup at an extra cost of $60. On the day of the tour we received a message to say that the pickup time had changed to 07:45 (45 minutes earlier) This meant that we had to miss breakfast. The pickup was then 25 minutes late! The driver was obviously running late so the drive into Dubai City was a nightmare - he drove very fast and dangerous in heavy traffic to make up the time. When we got to the Grayline coach pickup, we were all feeling sick. I assume this was a sub-contracted driver who should not be used again by Grayline. The actual day tour was ok except that it included a visit to a carpet shop (not mentioned in their tour description) which wasted time and was of no interest. On this tour we had been given a time to meet up after the lunch break but some people did not turn up and so we waited and wasted time until they did turn up - the guide should have left without them. This meant that we had reduced time at the last stop at the Waterfront. I have emailed Grayline a number of times about the pickup but have not received a response. We should not have to pay $60 for a terrible and dangerous taxi ride! I would suggest that anyone using Grayline that needs an out of town pickup organise their own with a reputable company.

Horrible! Not only did they not pick me up at the requested time and place, they also published my private number in their public response!! Please do yourself a favor and chose a different tour operator, this one is the WORST and obviously does not care about your personal data!!

I attended a half day Dubai Tour offered by gray line. I could not tell you how disappointed me and my friend were. The tour guide took us to the old Dubai market place to shop for spices gold etc ……we were stopped at the first shop with the whole tour showing us different spices and at the end, the tour guide told us to shop for 20 mins during that 20 mins was a nightmare my friend bought a few souvenirs and costed her almost 200 US dollars with just magnets and little stuffs and I bought a bag of tea with 800 AED and 111 US dollars charged in card the little bag of tea costed me almost $400 US dollars!!!! I asked the tour guide for help but he did not do anything and was rushed out to lead other tours after dropping us off at Dubai mall. I did not even have a chance to do follow up, it was such a very bad experience and I do not think I will ever want to come back
