The tour operator gave bad directions about the meeting point and then refused to refund our booking when we were at the wrong departure point. Go with a reputable group other than Viator tours next time.

Saw a lot of places but we walked fairly quickly, hard for my wife to keep up, Kate did her best but was a large group and noisy city surroundings so we could not hear well, most of her talks were drowned out. Needs a small portable voice amp.

I thought this was a general Dublin history and highlights tour and it was in general, but the guide went into a lot of detail about certain pubs and Thin Lizzie (nothing about U2!) which seemed to be personal preference and not necessary. He brought us into some of the pubs and restaurants as well. This was sometimes cool (stained glass), and sometimes unnecessary or uncomfortable as we looked at things on walls where people were eating. There was confusion about the length of the tour. It is clearly stated here to be 2.5 hours. But the guide said it was 2 hours, and made it seem special to go 2.5 hours. He then proceeded to wrap up the tour at the 3 hour mark. We had to rush back to get ready for our dinner reservation. I have been to Dublin before and done better walking tours.

The walk around was very informative. Owen did a great job blending history and anecdotes, making me experience both fun and enjoyable

None of it. Eion did not arouse my interest. I won’t recommend the tour to anyone. He has done this way too long and really needs a bath and to launder his clothes.

This was a good intro to the city, history and people of Dublin. Knowledgable guide and interesting tour.

Different architectural styles from Georgian to Victorian to modern. Powers court building. Famous Irish men and women from Dublin. Aoine was an excellent guide.

Very knowledgeable guide. Great way to see the city. Everything was really good. Sometimes hearing was a problem but couldn’t ask for better and friendly people.

With all the COVID-19 restrictions, it’s very difficult to get on any tours, and I was so glad that Pat did not cancel on me even though I was the only person! He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave suggestions on what to see outside the tour, where to eat, and shop! The highlight of the tour was when he sang a verse of the Cockles and Mussels! I definitely recommend this tour!

Great walking tour with Pat Liddy. My husband and I were only people on tour and could ask questions and discuss everything we were seeing. Pat is expert on Dublin history and we learned so much.
