I am sure the tour would have been wonderful, but we arrived 10 minutes late and couldn’t find the group. we hated being late but we had hoped there would be some grace period during the tour introduction.

We took the Dublin Historical Walking Tour on our first day in Dublin. It gave us a good overview and layout of the city. Also, the guide identified points of interest that we probably would have bypassed (e.g., the Archeological Museum - which is a must see). This is a good overview tour, but you don't dive too deploy into any one area. There is a lot of walking (2 1/2 hours) so wear comfortable clothes and shoes.

It was easy to find the meeting spot.
Wear comfortable shoes. Tour was very interesting. It covered the most important spots in Dublin. It was very informative

We loved this tour. It was a nice introduction to downtown Dublin. It was a great way to get oriented and it was nice to stretch our legs after being on a long flight.

Our guide was great - imparting a wealth of information. We covered a lot of territory - physically- walking, and historically - through the ages from Vikings forth. Do you know what the official color for Ireland is and the real story of Molly Malone? You'll find out. There is so much to see and do in Dublin. This was a good way to get introduced to the city, see the locations of various sites to return to

This was a low key walking tour too long though good way to see the city on foot it wasn't expensive but you get what you paid for

Very congenial and informative guide made my morning walk the best way to
start off my first full day in Dublin

  • 25-Mar-2018

Weather was rainy so we probably would have enjoyed this tour more in nicer weather.

We took this tour on our first full day in Dublin. This was an excellent option for when you first arrive in Dublin. It helped us to get our bearings, and work out what we wanted to see more thoroughly throughout our time in Dublin. I highly recommend this tour.

Inexpensive overview of Temple Bar area of city and general introduction to Dublin. Exactly what I wanted for my first day. Enjoyed the tour guide who lived in the area and was well informed. Good experience.
