Overview

George Bernard Shaw was captivated by this beautiful city, about which he said those who seek paradise on Earth should come to Dubrovnik, as well as, famously, describing it as the pearl of the Adriatic. This full day tour takes you to this world-renowned walled city, where an expert local guide will show you around.

This was a mini bus, 6 person tour from Split to Dubrovnik. Flarent was the tour operator and they failed once again. Very poor communication overall, about time and especially the meeting point. Other people on the tour got off-loaded at the border crossing since no one told them to bring passports. While the drive down took over 4.5 hours, you can imagine what the driver did to get us back in just over 3. White knuckles again. Dubrovnik is definitely beautiful and worth the visit. Just do it with someone else.

Had a fabulous time in Dubrovnik. Petar the guide was excellent. Such a delightful, professional and knowledgeable young man, so obviously proud of his country. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to sample Dubrovnik and especially out of season as it wasn’t too busy.
