The tour begins promptly at 9:30am at Blue Plate Diner.This first stop is a warm and cozy diner in the heart of downtown Edmonton that serves up a comfortable and creative menu with plenty of offerings for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Here, you will test out one of their signature dishes before heading down the street to KB&Co.

KB&Co is a fast-casual plant based caf that offers fresh, wholesome food that will nourish and energize you without compromising flavor. Next you will head on over to Evoolution, which offers the freshestpremium olive oilsfrom around the world and an amazing variety of deliciousaged balsamic vinegar from Modena, all bottled locally on site.

Next door you find Credo, a caf-based idea that every cup of coffee served will be the highest possible standard of quality and taste. At this stop you will grab a hot beverage before heading to the final stopCraft Beer Market. Craft is a premium casual restaurant with a passion for fresh local food and great craft beer. Launched in Calgary in 2011, the CRAFT movement has been spreading ever since, bringing their special recipe of sophisticated comfort food, unique craft beers and active community involvement to new cities every year.
