Safety gear provided & a Safety and Operations Orientation provided before tour begins.
Credit Card must be called into the suppler before tour begins for any incidentals that happen on tour. Credit Card holder is responsible for all incidents/damages and credit card will be charged to cover the damages.
The minimum RZR damages charge is USD $600.00 for a tire/rim damages; a minimum USD $3500.00 if rolled or tipped on side.
The minimum ATV damages charge is USD $300 should a ATV be rolled or tipped on its side or tire damage, regardless of whether any damage is visible.
No Crocs, Yeezys, high heels, slip-on shoes, flip flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes! You MUST have completely closed-toe shoes to ride or drive for your safety! If you show up without wearing closed-toe shoes, you will not be able to ride
Sneakers, boots, or closed-toed shoes only
We recommend no shorts due to the desert terrain and cacti. You are in the desert and need to be aware that rattlesnakes, cacti, and other wildlife may be present. We do our best to keep you safe, but you are still in the desert, so please dress accordingly.

Alison was absolutely fantastic! From the time she picked us up to the time she dropped us off she made sure we had the best time possible. She talked to you like you have known her for years. Made us feel comfortable to ask questions whenever we needed and made sure we had more than enough water to stay hydrated. Thank you Alisson!

We have a special Thanks to the 2 girls, who where our guides the whole day. - and last but not least we especially enjoyed the historie about the place / owner and also the goldmine tour.

Don't book with this company. Mainly because there is a chance you will end up with a female tour guide named Alicia. Extremely rude. On the way to the location she was yelling at drivers on the street and acting erratic. Scared us half to death. Then while at the location she was being rude and border line bullying the older lady who we think was the owner. Why this lady still works for this company is beyond my comprehension. She stated to us that the company would never let her go because she stuck with them during covid while they were shut down. Then proceeded to state that she actually worked with one of the companies competitors during that time to supplement her income. She gave an evil little giggle after she said this, eliciting laughter from a few of the guests. She also offended my husband (who is African-American) by saying "you know what I'm saying my nigga?" However she is Caucasian talking like this. I am filing a complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau and also gonna research other avenues as to whom I can contact about this. DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! Simply because you might end up with this lady as your guide.
