To begin with we showed up at the address, and nothing was marked. We had to walk to a hotel to ask if they knew where the address was. We were in the right place. Then the tour guide was late. I called and he said 9:45 (the Trip Advisor post and our ticket said 9:30), no problem. Then another couple showed up and the guide seemed surprised. He checked our booking and realized we were in the all day tour to Calanque. The other couple booked the short 2-3 hour tour (presumably that is all they paid for but ended up doing the entire tour with us and did not pay). We purposely booked an English tour (there were 2 language options). The other couple was French. No problem. We thought he’d do both. Our tour ended up being about 10% English. There was not a lot of information and if we asked questions we were not really informed. There was a lot of talking between the guide and the other couple so it was not a matter of a guide who did not really talk a lot. The ride was great, we did see a lot of the area of marseille and we were very happy about that. However we rode through areas I could not even tell you about because we were not told. I asked questions and the other rider turned to me and said “do you have any more questions?” When I asked about a certain chateau we passed. After lunch the guide spent a lot of our tour time on the phone. There was not a lot of attention to safety or making sure we all went through lights together and to be honest it seemed like he just wanted to go home the last half of the tour. All in all, it was a lovely bike ride. The bikes worked great and were easy to operate. The landscape was gorgeous as was the day. Lunch was great (we all shared our pizzas) and we got to see so much. Sadly it was not a very informative tour and we did feel he was not that interested in teaching us much. Oh and he admitted that if the other couple had not booked the night before, he would have forgotten about us!!!! It was bad enough he had no idea what tour we were on.

We very much enjoyed our bike tour from Merseille. Our guide was great, very knowledgeable, helpful and careful of the group while managing through traffic. The sites along the way are fantastic. We highly recommend!

Sylvan was excellent . He was full of knowledge and tailored the trip to our needs ( there were 2 of us ) . We had seen Notre Dame so he took us to another beautiful back street area There is a lot of road cycling which is not so good although beautiful coastline views . If you want to see Calanques from the outside then a great way to see them and the little cove we had lunch was beautiful to sit and watch Definitely worth the money

We booked this trip last minute for something to do on our cruise stop to Marseille and we are very we did! Prompt pickup from the cruise terminal, only a short drive with a friendly driver to the bike pickup location, then a full day of touring on ebike! The bikes were great, had the perfect amount of power to get you through 20+miles of touring. Our guide was wonderful a d really immersed us in Marseille. From urban areas, shorelines, Forrest, quiet Calanque where we had lunch and admired the views. I would 100% recommend doing this for a cruise stop. You see so much of a place you have only a handful of hours to explore with a local. You should be in somewhat of good physical shape as some of the uphill sections require pedaling even with the max assist, but only a handful of times.

Manu was funny and well knowledgeable about the city. He conveyed his loved for Marseille, and we all felt it. We rode along the coast and into several cool spots of town. Grabbed lunch at a small bakery (delicious sandwiches and pastries), and ate it at the beach. Book it and ask for Manu.

Manu was an amazing guide who took us to some off the beaten path places! What a neat way to see the city of Marseille. It was very convenient being on a cruise ship as they pick you up and drop you off right at your ship. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the ebike ride and view from Calanques National Park. The guide was very informative and friendly. Lots of traffic and pedestrians on our Sunday ride which was about 22mi/35km long. Wish the bike vendor would have supplied a bottle of water and water bottle carrier on bike as it was pretty warm. We are 66 years old and in generally physically fit so ride is suitable for anyone that doesn't have a fear of traffic.

Our guide Claire was AMAZING! So knowledgeable about the area. She took her time and let us explore, swim no rush. FANTASTIC day!! Loved it. Thank you Claire. Saw so much of this beautiful city by bike.

First off Marie our tour guide was absolutely amazing! She taught us a lot about local food, local life and the history of Marseille. It was our first time on electric bikes. Electric bikes are so cool! I did not feel tired even after biking 24 miles! We went to an amazing local restaurant in the Calanques. Bouillabaisse was awesome! The scenery was amazing. I would highly recommend this e-bike tour as the best way to see the Calanques and Marseille at large.

The ebike tour was fantastic. Marie was the best guide ever with plenty of information about Marseille, its attractions and Calanques. Marie's English is perfect. The views are stunning!
