Abu Dhabi mosque was beautiful and a great experience. Driver was also brilliant and provided a great service. However, the reality of the ‘package’ was not what was stated on the website. Once the booking was made, I didn’t receive any confirmation from the company until 2 hours before the actual trip, I had to contact them to ask what time pick up would be. Despite stating that refreshments and abayas are included within the package, none of this was offered. On our way to the mosque, the driver told us we would have to purchase abayas at the mosque as he didn’t have any for us. I contacted the tour operator regarding the abayas however no one has bothered to get back to. On top of the 880aed we had already spent for this ‘package’, we had to spend 200aed on abayas when we got to the mosque. Tickets are also not provided within this package, the mosque is complimentary to enter however you have register online before entering. Honestly, this package is a waste of money and you would be better off just hiring a driver as essentially, that is all that is offered within this package. The company don’t offer any form of service. Just a greedy way of making money off people.
