Our next stop will be El Palmar. This island of the Albufera (meaning lagoon in Valencian) encapsulates its fishing roots that have characterised this area of Valencia throughout history. There are still some 18th-century houses! We''ll be around the main streets, pass by monuments and enjoy a boat ride to admire the area's delights from a different perspective.

Since we start the collections in Valencia until we return from the Albufera, it has an estimated duration of 4 hours.
We will not bathe on the beach or lake in this activity.
Throughout the year, we recommend that clients bring a jacket, sweater or sweatshirt for the boat ride, since at sunset it can get cold.
You can take your own food but you can't eat on the bus, you can only eat on the boat ride.
This activity does not have free time. Only 5 minutes to use the bathroom before taking the boat ride.
You have booked this experience: transportation from various pick-up points + excursion led by an official guide in the selected language + reservation management for the boat ride guaranteeing availability. (Bus + guide + management of reservations, so that you only worry about having a good time!)
The return transportation is included. With the same pick-up stops.
If you make the check out of your hotel you can take your luggage, as long as it is a cabin suitcase or a small backpack. You must notify us to guarantee space.
If you go at the afternoon: the schedule is approximated, we go to the best time to see the sunset from the lake (could change your pick up time 5 or 10 minutes)

Valencia has a beautiful and very large natural park right outside the city. This tour helped us see it all. Our guide Catalina was really great and so knowledgeable about the area. To experience the quiet beach, walk the beautiful forest and paddle out to watch the sunset in the middle of the lake all made this tour worth the time and the money!!

I would highly recommend this tour and it was a lovely way to end the last day of the year. Before going on the boat to watch the sun go down we had a lovely walk in the forest and when we did go on the lake the colour's of the sky were just amazing. The tour company looked after you so well and communication was first class. Thank you.

I booked this trip the evening before the afternoon departure to fill a little time on a business trip. I received my WhatsApp text the following morning advising of time and location of pick up. Just mentioned which hotel I was at and arrangements made to collect me (Valencia Centre) Clean, 8 seater transit style vehicle with Joaquin as a guide. Knowledgeable about the area and delivered info in a number of languages. First stop beach and protected dunes, then to a bird lagoon. Then onto a popular place for locals to watch sun down then a boat trip out onto the lagoon for sunset. Buoyancy aids not provided BUT the lagoon is shallow and the risk is just not there so don’t be put off. I’m sure there would be one if you requested one. Dropped back off at the hotel. Roughly three hours in total so for the price (c.£55) I was more than satisfied. Good comms prior to pick up, knowledgable guide; top stuff.

Muy interesante. Se pueden hacer fotografías preciosas. Los restaurantes no son económicos pero escogiendo bien se come de maravilla. Algunos como La Albufera tienen vistas directas a los arrozales y parque natural. El arroz que llaman de la albufera, perfecto. Hay en otras épocas del año excursiones que incluyen la comida por un precio excelente, pero no en noviembre.

I would have rated zero if I could because I didn’t go on the trip. Unfortunately I had the time wrong & didn’t arrive at the collection point in time. I asked for a credit to reschedule but the company refused to give me the credit.
