Great way to see the islands! It was an easy tour and great amount of time, nice boat. I brought my elderly parents and it was Pretty easy for older people and different abilities.

Followed directions sent by Venice Tours SRL. Guided never showed up. Called and told we went to wrong place, however, error was in wrong directions sent. Another family got wrong directions also.

Venice tours is the absolute worst company I have worked with. I was at the dock and the gal refused to check me in for the Murano boat tour. I witnessed this today with another couple on our Gondola tour. The directions were ambiguous and gave two different locations for meeting. The gal refused to help the couple. We witnessed this because she was speaking into her microphone. So this company scams people by giving them ambiguous directions and then refuses to check people in. When you call the company there is no answer and the Venice Tours representatives are not helpful. I have booked numerous tours through Viator and this company is AWFUL. Our gondola ride today was a joke. They were a half an hour late, the gal was not fluent in English and did not even turn her microphone on during the tour where she was supposed to. What a huge disappointment that Viator uses this awful company. I have wasted too much money with this company and it reflects poorly on your company. More importantly, I am going to let everyone know what a waste of money the Gondola tour is and they should book privately through the gondoliers. For this tour, I paid $80 or so and I could have booked an hour-long gondola ride for $80 or so. Since we did not even get the history part, why waste my money.

Great tour guide! The boat was wonderful. Pro tip if windy, sit on the first level of the boat, got a bit chilly up top.

  • 17-Apr-2022

It would have been a perfect trip had there been fewer people on board, on the tour, in the shops and in the streets. From what I could hear of the tour, it must have been very interesting. It was a very windy day, making it quite uncomfortable sitting upstairs in the open. I would like to go back and spend more free time wandering around on my own.

Tutto perfetto e bellissimo, fatta eccezione per il fatto che nessuno controllava nessuno. Al chiuso sul battello molti stranieri privi di mascherina e un tedesco fumava persino. Ho dovuto litigare io per farlo smettere.

Time on the islands was too short. Need more time especially on Burano. No information at port as to what boat was ours, we waited along with other people to find out which boat was ours. Poor information for tourists.
