Empezando a las 20:00hs, seremos recibidos por una copa de vino tucumano y escucharemos las indicaciones del profesional. Seguidamente conoceremos el proceso de amasado, armado y coccin de las empanadas.
Tucumn es conocida como la "Capital de la empanada", siendo este un plato de entrada, o principal, y estando en todas las cartas a lo largo y ancho de la provincia.
Luego de armar y cocinar las empanadas, nos sentaremos a disfrutar de esta cena especial, acompaada con limones tucumanos tal como lo hacen los locales.
LA excursin incluye la copa de vino de bienvenida, y la cena con empanadas y bebidas sin alcohol. Existen vinos y cerveza para la venta.
Starting at 8pm, a cup of regional wine will receive us, and we will hear the professional indications.
After that we will learn the empanada's process, the knead, making and cooking
Tucumn is known as the "Empanada's capital", being the empanada a traditional course, being able as a starter or main course, and being present in all menus in the province.
After making and cooking, we will get a seat to enjoy a special dinner, with Tucuman's lemons, as the locals do.
The tour includes the welcome wine cup, the empanadas dinner and no alcohol drinks. Wines and beer are available for purchase.
