It was a wonderful experience on the whole but the medina is not for the faint hearted! Lots of people approaching you , very very busy chaotic at times , the roads are dangerous cars from every direction . We went on an excursion to Atlas Mountains & waterfall beautiful place with some really nice people , but no health & safety and serous flaws in descent to restaurant on site . Guide in massive rush & pushy , more concerned about his tips !!! Overall our hotel Diwane was beautiful staff extremely happy to please & help with whatever query ? Although the receptionist with glasses , very stand offish and rude at times ,the only annoying thing was cats everywhere even during breakfast service can be harmful when you have an allergy !! I would highly recommend hotel apart from the CATS. !!!

Visitatela, vivetela.

Definitely a must! 2 guys, both Mohammed, one of them was "potatoe" brought us to this magical place. The place is a remote village with a waterfall, close to the mountains. The guide potatoe was very good, active and passionate. The desert of agafay it's not what we expected ( it's mostly rocks, no sand just like we were imagine the desert) but it was still fascinating. We had a nice tea after and we saw how the ladies make the argan oil. Great experience. Thanks guys

Had an amazing break in Marrakech. Something for everyone to do. The children loved the horse rides. The argan oil cooperative is pretty impressive as are the berber villages. The atlas mountains are just breathtaking. Definitely try the berber tagine for the full experience. Recommend buying ras al hanout and argan oil but beware of counterfeits. Buy from the cooperative berber ladies if in doubt. Will definitely visit Marrakech again.

Early start at 7am pick-up and drop-off at 8pm. The 4hour trip to snowy atlas mountain and to see the first berber village was amazing experience. We have seen the atlas studio as well but nothing could top up to see the berber village and to know that Jewish and muslim were staying all together in one village. Historical and culturally rich experience.
