This was a huge fiasco and we ended up missing our paid-for tour. Even though a refund was offered nothing has happened. Viator advertised this tour as a Perugia option. It also said that hotel pickup was included. After a series of emails with the 'tour operator', it turns out the olive tour was in Assisi, and they would not provide us transportation from our hotel in Perugia. All of this occurred a couple of days before the tour. The 'tour operator' offered no options and simply implied it was our problem to get to the tour. After offering a refund, we decided not to go, but never received a refund.

Small tour but great experience, we got to see how it is made and taste the wonderful wines and olive oil they produce!! The olive oil is great and our tour guide was so sweet and informative. We loved it a must see if in Assisi!

One of the highlights of our trip. We felt like we were visiting family. The wine was amazing and lunch was incredible. It was great to have an olive oil, wine and lunch excursion all rolled into one! Love to do it again!

Had a great tour learning how olive oil is made, followed by a first-rate lunch. We started at Malvarina, the family-owned agriturismo, where they grow the olives that are pressed into oil. Our hosts drove us over to the processing facility to learn how the oil is made - very interesting! We returned to Malvarina for an excellent lunch, with great, homemade food and spectacular views of the region. Our hosts were friendly and gracious. Highly recommend this tour! Many thanks for a wonderful memory.

The owner of the olive farm took us through the groves, to where the olives are pressed and processed and back to his trattoria for lunch. A very interesting tour..

You can't go to Italy without seeing an Olive Tree plantation and processing plant! It was so much fun. We actually got to see how they process the olives to make the oil. The unfiltered oil was truly amazing. The taste was like something we never had before. Could of ate bread and oil all day long. Our guide Stefano gave us a great tour and even some highlights looking over at Assisi. We had a nice lunch that was provided by the owners of the Olive Oil Plantation and hotel. Wonderful day!! Thanks for a great time! Your friends from South Carolina, Don and Colleen
