In this Locality we will serve a delicious breakfast, and then continue our journey to Soraypampa, in this section we will make a stop to experience the 800 meter Zip line, which is opposite the Humantay Nevado and above a beautiful deep valley. Then for ten more minutes we will continue our trip to Soraypampa, a beautiful place surrounded by different snowcapped mountains and glaciers, here we will live the most extreme and high swing of the Peru and among the most extreme of South America, a unique sensation where you will feel the adrenaline in all its splendor. Then we will have a lunch in Soraypampa, in a refuge overlooking the snowy Salkantay, and then with the recovered forces after carrying out the adventure activities, start the hike towards the Humantay Lagoon, located at 4200 masl - 137789 feet. After the ascent of 1 hour and 30 minutes approximately we will be able to appreciate the wonderful natural beauty of the Humantay Lagoon, in a schedule only for us, since when visitors are coming down to the lagoon we will be ascending and we will have the opportunity to contemplate this natural turquoise beauty just for us in a atmosphere of peace and tranquility. After these wonderful experiences we will descend from the lagoon and return to the city of Cusco at 8:00 p.m. approximately

Very pretty lake but so not worth the trek. Thank god there was a horse but just half way up. At 80 sols. Acclimate! I was only in Cusco for a day and just a little bit of walking left me breathless. It was awful! It you are not acclimated I recommend planning the trip a few days after being in Cusco. Find another city tour or something light the first few days. There was a giant swing and zip lining. Very cute if you’ve never done that. But walking up to the area sucked due to the altitude and lack of oxygen. They offered a late lunch which was very good. A delicious soup that helped with the cold, and a chicken dish. It felt amazing after the long day. The bus driver drives crazy but it’s very common around here or even Europe as well. So used to it but some people may get scared.

The tour guide Edwin is very polite and always up to help customers. Humantay is very beautiful as many things in Peru... Check these guys from Machupicchu Nice... You´´ll love it...

If you want to feel like you’re tagging along as a tour company does what they want to do, then you found the one for you. Our guide couldn’t speak english and at one point, the driver stopped the van and started drinking! I didn’t expect the most extreme part to be the drive... do not use them.
