  If you just want to have a driver who take you to Fatima, go ahead. The driver were nice and he made a great job driving. But if you want a tour, just find some other option. The driver just let us in Fatima at 7pm with any guide or explanation and we saw him again until almost 11pm Wax museum were close, the church were close. Of course we spend a great time because we were there, but it’s not a tour!!

  We were trying to leave Lisbon when the roads were closed for the Pope. The customer support and driver made sure I was able to navigate the trains (which I had never used) to find my driver and finally get out of town and go to Fatima. It was well worth the difficulties!!

  Candle light ceremony/ procession is amazing! We would love to do this again in the future. Our trip was nice, everything was just perfect! It was a great blessing.

  First I have to say, Fatima and the candlelight procession are beautiful and moving. This review does not disparage that experience at all. My review is of calling this a “tour”, when in fact for us, it was a bad Uber ride at best. Our “guide” (serge) knew nothing of Fatima, had only been there once as a child, and actually asked why we would even want to go there. He did not speak about anything on the ride there, other than saying 1/2 way that he needed to stop for a smoke break. When we got to Fatima, he did not know where to drop us off nor what to tell us to do when we got inside. We figured it out ourselves however and it was a beautiful, peaceful experience. This was soon to be disrupted on the late night ride home where he blasted punk heavy metal music the entire way. We did not complain since he appeared sleepy and we hoped the music would keep him awake. 5 stars for Fatima, 0 stars for the experience.

  El día de ayer estuvimos en el tour ( solo chofer) a Fátima por la noche con el conductor Jorge Souza, primero que nada no tenía ni conocimiento de a donde iba ni ninguna información turística del lugar. Es una persona amable y educada pero su velocidad al conducir era excesiva, casi 165 km por hora Por lo que le dijimos que porfavor bajara su velocidad, iba viendo el celular mientras conducía por lo que le dijimos que no lo estuviera viendo, se paró en la carretera a fumar y así varias veces le indicamos que no quitará la vista de la carretera, nos platico de sus problema personales 😳 y al salir de la procesión no estaba en el lugar indicado por lo que tuvimos que contactarlo por medio de un hotel. De regreso en la noche nos comentó que había tomado vino por lo que le pedimos que no manejara en exceso iba distraído, a mi madre casi le da un ataque de nervios. Creo que si lo capacitan podría ser un excelente guía de turistas, pero así, solo como chofer que te lleve y traiga y sin conocimientos de atención al cliente, considero que puede ser un peligro para los turistas y al final no es un tour solo es un chofer que te lleve al lugar por los ye el cobro es excesivo, fue una mala experiencia para nosotros el venir muy nerviosas y angustiadas por su forma de manejar.

  We really enjoyed our trip to Fatima on this 1/2 day private tour. Eduardo was very knowledgeable on all things Lisbon and Fatima. We learned a lot and were so glad we chose this tour.
