Go out into the local souks off the beaten tourist path for just over an hour of buying ingredients, tasting some of the local delicacies.
Back to the Palais for a quick refreshment before putting on your aprons for a couple of hours cooking and learning.
A four-hour demo that takes you out in to the medina shopping, back to the palace for a live demonstration of the food being prepared and is rounded off by a relaxing lunch or dinner to taste what has just been cooked. For the private cooking class the maximum number of participants is 6 to allow you a very personal experience in the art of Moroccan cuisine.
Individuals can join a group of up to 10 people for a 4 hour cooking class. A visit out into the Medina's local souks, back to the palace for a cooking workshop on the rooftop, rounded off by a relaxing lunch or dinner to taste what you have just cooked.
The maximum number of participants for a group cooking class is 10 to allow a discovery of the authentic way of life in the Medina and a hands on experience in the art of Moroccan cuisine.
You leave the workshop with a detailed recipe sheets and your mind full of new ideas to try out back home.
