Emanuela was a fantastic guide. The Florence tour was so interesting and brought history to life. Not rushed and saw many things we would not have found on our own. Very enjoyable and highly recommend!

Our tour guide was really good. Monica knew her stuff. Fun even though the heat. Skip the line tours sell out quickly

  • 04-Jul-2023

There is SO much to see in Florence, 3 hours can’t really do it justice - that said, our tour guide Monica was incredibly well informed, entertaining and balanced some of the major highlights with short stories about smaller things/living in Florence that whet our appetite to return again someday. This was a lot of fun!

Very disappointing company! I would not recommend. We booked our tour and received booking confirmation from both TripAdvisor and LivTours. When we arrived to our tour as instructed, we were told that we would not be able to participate because the tour was overbooked. They said there was a "glitch" and we should have never been booked for the tour. We were asked to leave and not allowed to participate.

Eurica was an excellent guide. We appreciated hearing true art historians perspective of Michelangelo. I can’t wait to come back.

Silva was an incredible guide, providing the right level of information about such a deep history of the areas we explored. The meeting point was easy to find and Silvia handled a mixed small group of different demographics and interests so very well. A perfect duration too,… Highly recommended!
