I have to describe our experience as underwhelming. Unless you have the South Florida pass I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe it was the time of year but we were going expecting to see alligators and other wildlife. Of course they aren't going to tell you, that you aren't likely to see one. One guy on our boat kept asking and the driver Johnny just kept answering around it. We saw a bird ( maybe egret) in a tree and a grasshopper landed on the boat, LOL. The highlight was when we went fast and made turns. Cooled us down and added a bit of excitement. The guide Johnny had lots to say about alligators but everyone was paying to see one in the wild. He should have been forthcoming that we would likely not see one. After the boat tour they direct you to their exhibits where they have many alligators and you can touch one of you time it right. Anyway if you are ok going on an everglades boat ride, have at it.

The tour was meh. Didn’t see any crocs there. There aren’t any in that area we were told. Just was an alligator head and a couple of birds. The weather didn’t help it was hot and humid when the boat stood still. However the boat ride was cool.

Captain was super dope and knowledgeable. Got to see 3 different type of birds and a gator so our visit was everything. We also had some of the tasty gator bites from the food truck.
-
Went with my wife and 3 adult children. We had a good time overall. My wife thought it could be longer and see more wildlife. But we enjoyed the exhibits afterwards.

I enjoyed the boat ride. Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. He did tell us we probably wouldn't see any alligators and he was right. It was too hot (mid-August). That certainly is not the fault of Sawgrass. I'll come back a different time of year when it is cooler!

I really enjoyed this airboat tour and seeing the Everglades/ wildlife. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, and we saw several gators and many birds.

We saw 1 bird. Not very entertaining at all, it was very noisy and hot. Felt like we were going around in circles.
-
Nice boat ride - thankfully cool because of the speed. Saw only one gator but that was very cool and it is totally hit or miss and we weren’t too surprised. Got to see a bunch more gators and turtles etc. in the exhibit area which was nice. Are gator tacos at the snack stand… very good! Would recommend for a few hour activity.

Captain Disco (?) was great! So nice, great driver, full of interesting facts, found us a gator and a heron, saved my friend's hat when it flew into the back of the boat. The whole experience was great and very reasonably priced. 10/10!

didn't see an alligator, paid a lot of money for nothing. only sailed around before we left it was said that we might not see an alligator. could have put it better on the website.
