Olaia was a fantastic guide. She was very knowledgeable about the food and the history and culture but most of all she made the whole evening really fun! My husband is lactose intolerant and Olaia went out of her way to make sure he got something good to taste at every stop - at one point she even ran to another bar to find a snack that he could eat! Thank you for a great evening.

This is an absolute must if you visit Bilbao! Our guide Olaia, was for sure the local Foodie of not just Bilbao but also San Sebastián! The group size is small enough it feels more like a gathering of friends and allows you to get to know each other. In total we went to five local spots with two Pinxtos and local wine pairing with each. You definitely feel very full and heads up the pours are as generous on the wine as the people in Basque Country! Olaia was also able to adjust for anyone with food sensitivity or allergies. She was so knowledgeable and helped answer all questions and even add information about the area. One of my favorite experiences of my trip to Spain!
