Cancellation Policy
  • If you cancel within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of the scheduled departure time, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel between 4 to 7 Calendar days before scheduled tour departure,the cancellation charge will be 50% of the undiscounted tour price.
  • If you cancel at least 8 calendar days in advance of the scheduled departure time, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive Full Refund for the paid amount.
  • Please note that in case of No show, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the listed tour fare.
  • Please note tours booked using discount coupon codes will be non refundable.

  • Service was good. We first dropped off passenger at Miami International. Much cheaper than taxi.

  • had to wait for a lil, and thn was sent in a particular taxi and then asked if i paid, which was weird

  • 10 STARS! WOW! I had and issue that my flight was cancelled and they booked me earlier, so I needed the transfer to the cruise port from a hotel and not from the airport. I called, they were super friendly and helped me to change the pickup spot with any issue and with any other charge! That was a plus. The driver came, very friendly and helpful on time to the hotel and let us on the cruise port. Thanks!

  • The driver picked us up when we arrived at Fort Lauderdale Airport. The car was clean and the driver was very friendly. I would book this again.

  • Everything ok, excepted a sort delay at our arrival.

  • The driver wasn't very happy that our hotel was 7 miles away. My sister and her husband took a cab and it was almost 10.oo less and 30 minutes quicker than this shared ride that took nearly a whole hour because we were the very last stop. Never again!

  • It worked out perfectly! Although we were one of the last dropped off because we went all the way to South Beach we never felt we went out of our way or took to long to drop others off on the way. I would use this transfer again, if needed.

  • Driver did not seem to be aware of my voucher and insisted in taking all my paperwork including the notes for my arrival at ft lauderdale and how to locate the transfer service. The vehicle was a standard saloon car which already had two other passengers and their luggage so there was little room for our baggage. A very unprofessional service, so I just hopevthe pickup from my hotel on the 25th january is better.

  • It took us 2 hours to get from airport to South Beach. Driver got very confused about where passengers wanted to go and had long conversations in Haitian when dropping them off. He also didn't understand the voucher we gave him.

  • Let me preface this that I am a travel advisor and always look at services from the stand point of how I would want my clients treated. When I arrived at the booth outside the baggage claim area of the airport....I told the man I had a voucher from Viator and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and asked for the address of the hotel I was going to, after getting the address and hotel straightened out....he said something I couldn't understand and motioned to a bench area to behind him wait at, nothing marked the area. but there was a bench with 2 ladies on it and I asked them if they were waiting for Go Airport shuttle, they said yes and were to be transferred to Miami, they didn't seem to have any more information than I did. A Go Van pulled up and we thought it was for us, but a man sitting by the curb in a sedan, rolled his window down and said that is not for you! The ladies going to Miami went back to ask the man at the desk when their ride would be there and he said it would be soon. She was going to ask if they were going to put us all in the same van and drop me at my hotel on their way out of town, but he didn't let her get that far. A few minutes later, Go put them in a Town Car for their drive to Miami. A few minutes later a van arrived and I was boarded and 3 more people boarded going to a Hilton Hotel. After finally figuring out my hotel and where I was going and boarding a single lady, we were on our way.
    The whole experience left a lot to be desired and I would never use them again. I don't understand why Viator has you fill out all of your information, Name, Hotel and address and the ground operator doesn't have your information. It certainly doesn't make a person feel very confident of their reservation. People at the desk need to be more friendly and EASIER TO UNDERSTAND. I don't like being grunted at and neither do my clients!
