Showed up for cruise. Had a hard time finding the place and had to call. When called the man o. The phone said the ship was not in operation for a week or two. I wish I would have know to go with another company. Wasted the day waiting for cruise and didn’t get a chance to go on water

Got to the dock and there was no boat there. I wasted and hour drive. Paid for parking. Called the operator of the boat and was told they had a coast guard inspection that day the February 1. Trip advisor is to blame not having better contact with the operator. I am now going through the hassle of trying to get a refund.

Booked on TripAdvisor, and when we got to the dock, there was nothing there. Called the boat operator and he said that they were not operating due to a Coast Guard inspection shut down. Credit card was billed and got no refund. Absolute thievery!!! Blame both TripAdvisor and the operator for deceptive practices.

We were there pre-COVID in February. A very relaxing and informative cruise. Smooth ride. Helpful staff. Be aware, if you have anyone with walking issues that you need to climb up some stairs when the tide is high.

The Riverfront Cruise website is non-existent. Booked the riverfront cruise through Trip-Advisor/Viator and received confirmation of booking. When we arrived at the Fort Lauderdale riverfront cruise, there was no one there and no one ever showed up. When I called the number for Riverfront Cruise the recording said they were closed. I even called the emergency number and got another recording.

Excellent narrations. Clean ship and great people. Also, the bar downstairs was a nice place to cool off. Make sure to arrive early to get a front row seat. Easy to buy the tickets and get on the boat. Suggest you eliminate the "chips" as entry tokens cab carry germs/virus.

Was to have a reserved cruise at 3pm on 3/17. Guess what? No one there to take us on tour and nothing from them by text or email. Will call to get my money back. Hope that goes better than the no-show of workers.

This was our first time to the Ft. Lauderdale area. So I wanted to get a view of the canals and some time on the water. According to my wife, this cruise was one of the highlights of our trip. The covered top deck allowed plenty of breeze as we traveled the course at our 11:00 a.m. time. It was both informative and humorous. The top deck made viewing and picture taking very easy. The 90 minutes were gone way too soon for me. I would have happily enjoyed a few more canals. The staff was courteous and professional. As long as the boat is not too crowded, I could see taking another cruise on our next visit. I think the price was very reasonable. We did not use the refreshment bar, so no comments in that area.

Wonderful boat tour!! Great relaxing assortment of the canals of Fort Lauderdale. The seating is comfort and and great views from all seats. Sit up top! Would go again!
