This is just horrible. They made false promises about the tour. They do not provide an english guide although they claim so in the tour description, even the local office does not have any english speaking staff. This is utterly disappointing. I had a hard time to even confirm my pickup time and venue, as they don't understand a bit of english. The entire tour was described in Portugese, I didn't understand a bit of it. I was shocked and felt I was robbed by the company.
The tour was totally useless. They don't make any stop in important landmarks beach/ cathedral/ central market. They charge a high rate for the tour, but make no effort to make it worthwhile. -
