We had a very Nice driver, but GOT no information that he was delayed due to trafic. Viator had my telefonnumber.
The prospect said tasting of 3 wines. They only wanted to serve us 1, but ended up with 2 wines. There where no lunch at the wineyard. There was only a small tour at the wineyard.
The prospect said ca 8 hour tour, but IT was only 6,5 hour, so we had less time both in the outlet and the wineyard. -

Driver got lost on way to vineyard and on way back to Bergamo driver was continually on phone and trying to read instructions and did not have full control of the bus. It was upsetting and frightening and spoiled the day. Not recommending this trip although vineyard was very interesting.
