Our quide was very passionate about tge stories she told. You could tell she loved the French Quarter

Scott was an excellent tour guide and answered allllll my questions. He even had us stop at a coffee shop to cool off after the first hour which was very appreciated :)

Learned a lot of history that I never got in school, was an amazing experience hearing and visualizing images of the past as I stood and walked through the streets.

Libby was a wonderfully knowledgeable and hospitable guide and host on our walking tour of the French Quarter. She tailored the tour to our smaller group and I especially enjoyed how she connected us with some of the merchants, specialty food workers, and craftsmen in town, such as at Aunt Sally’s Pralines — where a friendly batch chef waved and demonstrated through the store window— and Bevolo Gas & Electric Lights, which was a great shop and workshop to see for a mini Q&A and stroll through. She’s a native and is honest about what she doesn’t know. She’s also got a very good sense of humor, and she’s very thoughtful to share pro travel tips such as the Le Pass app for navigating the streetcars and the COOLINARY restaurant month, which makes me glad we visited in August!

Wonderful tour. I was amazed at how much history Lesley was able to pack into two hours. Her knowledge base was broad and deep--from the meaning of architectural details, to the story and aftermath of a famous civil-rights court case, to the histories of neighborhood saloons. She recommended several books for those of us who wanted to learn more, and she showed us the books so we could photograph them rather than having to jot down a bibliography. I also greatly appreciated her sensitivity to our physical needs on the hot day; she did everything in her power to ensure that we were comfortable and well hydrated. Five stars!

Great guide who was very flexible in allowing us to meet the group late (due to a horrible traffic jam that delayed us). He touched on many different topics of local historical interest.

I found this tour really enjoyable. The tour guide was really knowledgeable, engaging, funny and was able to bring the history to life. Our group was small - myself and my best friend but if anything this made the experience more enjoyable as she was really attentive. We were brought to enough spots and given enough detail to make it really interesting. I'd recommend it if in New Orleans.

The guide was very informative. Did not rush to answer questions. Was 1pm in July! I would definitely encourage Visitors and locals on the tour.

Lesley arrived on time and proceeded to give us a very informative and enjoyable tour of the French Quarter. It was extremely hot and she took this into consideration, kept us in the shade and made use of the occasional blast of AC! Would highly recommend a tour with her.

The rain didn't stop out tour group. We loved how the guide told the history and included several stories.
