My boyfriend and I took this tour because we wanted to see the historical aspects and the happy hour sounded like a fun addition. Both proved to be true. The historical tour was really interesting and took us around the old City and pointed out buildings we otherwise would have been unaware of, or had no idea of the significance. My only comment would be that you do not go into see the liberty Bell on this tour - from the description I had the impression that you did. We had extra time before the tour and could have gone into see it but didn't because we thought the tour went there. You don't have time after the tour that day to do so. So, just make sure you've allotted time for yourself to do it before or after! The happy portion was fun. He knew a lot about beer, took us to three good bars. There were three drinks included instead of the 4 as noted. Good time overall!

Phil was super on the 2 hour walking history tour. Happy Hour was a little disappointing as I was the only participant.
